Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyYou must tell explicitely that you will charge clients for the breakfast. Regardless, the price is ridiculous. for 15€ per person you can have a delightful meal in the very centre of Paris. Personally, i would have preferred a lighter blanket to sleep, but they wouldn't give it to me; i fell ill for 4 days.
The location is just wonderful. Close to the metro, supermarket, boulangerie (i really recommend "le plaisir de nous"), pharmacie, laundry. Too bad the swimming pool was out of service... Very clean room. The kitchen was perfectly equipped.

LithuaniaAs there is no AC in the room, in the summer with windows open enormous noise starts in the very early morning from the street side when thrash (or similar) trucks start getting over the bumps installed in the street.
Nice located aparthotel. Not far from the Metro station, some restaurants around. Staff is vary friendly, pool is included in price. Breakfast is very good. Aquapark and PSG stadium are in walking distance.

The room was well organized, clean and with necessary kitchen utensils plus the fridge. The lift was working accordingly all the time. The hot water was available all time. No bedbugs as it had been claimed.

The hotel location was okay, next to it you have a big supermarket and some decent restaurants. The room size was extremely good, and the hotel got some good services around the lobby, food you can buy for late nights, and coffee and water machine for free, didn't try the breakfast, but from the looks of it - seemed fine.
