Parking is a bit far and 16 euros a night, aircon wasn’t working, room noisy, but they made up for the aircon with a fan and free breakfast

It was noisy at night

We had a fabulous stay in Biarritz. The hotel room was big and comfortable and we had a double balcony on the top floor. The balcony was so private and you can see the beach and sunset from the balcony. The location is amazing! We only had one night here but we got to see loads as it was so close to the beach and centre.

It was wonderful! Room was about what you'd expect in terms of size but for facilities it was amazing. Had a fridge in the room and a balcony, location was perfect (right on the beach, near a bunch of shops and hotspots), and staff were lovely.

Bit grotty and the fact i booked wrong day by mistake and hotel would not change date even though they had rooms available. I had to pay full price for a night i did not stay

No parking as stated on the information here. When customers ask for "parking" we mean parking in the hotel NO AIR CON as stated on here as it was broken. I was forced to leave after3 hours due to having to have the window wide open in a main busy streetwise noisr and it was horrible the heat plus the npise

- broken air conditioning system that could not be regulated form the room (working in minimal temperature for the whole hotel, so it is very cold in the room with no possibility to change) - quite bed wifi signal and slow speed - hard (almost impossible) to park nearby

+ central location in the busy city center (be ready to the loud bars and tourists below the windows) + good view from balcony + helping staff ready to support your requests

- The corridors and common areas of the hotel needs urgent décor revamp - The air conditioning didn't work. Although the room was cooler than outside, it was still very warm at times. The air conditioning system needs a total upgrade and update

€500 for two nights was excessive. Breakfast was way over priced at an extra €14 each for stale bread and warm orange juice. Really annoying was staff insisting on me using a tray to carry a plate to table like I was 6.

Location was great although the road is blocked off so took ages to find parking.

1.Breakfast -disappointing for the money charged. 2. I booked into your hotel because I was to meet a group from Walkabout Gourmet Adventures there the following morning. I found I was the only guest there for that reason. I was not happy to find the group waiting outside the hotel the next morning, after being refused entry to the hotel, despite some rain, by the receptionist on duty. Very poor customer relations! Otherwise the other staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel met my expectations apart from these 2 issues

About 50 meters from our room was open air techno ”music” show which ended 1.40 AM. Very loud noise was coming to room as you were partisipating. No sleep then. I understand that we are in urban area but there should be information about this kind of events when booking.

The mattress was lumpy. Breakfast was expensive. I've stayed at other 3 star hotels and the amenities were a lot better than this one. Rather disappointed.

Very poor facilities in room. Paper cups supplied for coffee. Paper cup with 2 little bars of soap and shower gel in another paper cup in bathroom. Cracked and missing tiles on balcony which we paid extra for.
