The room is pretty dark and small. The design is kinda old and looks cheaper in real life than on the photos. The garage is really small, it was suuuper complicated ot get inside and we were lucky not to scratch a car.

The hotel is really well situated, the area is nice and has a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. It is also easy to reach the city center and the main touristic attractions.

We were unlucky: -Because there was an error in the booking system there was someone booked into the same room and they entered the room with their card at 11 pm when we almost were in bed. No big effort to apologise was made. -Flush broke 10 minutes after we arrived

Everything I needed, pleasantly spacious room compared with more central hotels. On the 6th floor I even had a view of Eiffel Tower. Plenty of choices for buffet breakfast.

Location is so-so, but it is a good choice if you are looking for a budget hotel.

The reception staff were so friendly. It is also nice to have a self-help system.

It's a modest hotel, a 4 star hotel but feels like a 3 star. It has the basics, but the door of my room was like shop doors (aluminum frames with glass with a curtain) rather than hotel room doors, which I wasn't very comfortable with. The lighting in the room I was in is not sufficient near the dressing area.

Staff is excellent, rooms and bed are comfy and clean.

If you have a room on the ground floor, just make sure that the curtains are closed properly. There were no dressers but a hanging rack with some shelves so you need to manage your luggage. There was one table/desk but there was no comfy chair so when I needed to use a laptop, we sat in the breakfast room.

We were on the ground floor in a wheel chair accessible room even though we did not request it. This resulted in a huge walk in shower. We had an interior room with a window to the hallway and breakfast room. The hallway light was motion sensored so if the curtains were not closed properly, the lights came on in the middle of the night. It was easy to get to the hotel using the metro. We used the RER and metro from CDG with no problem. There was fresh coffee available and sparkling water for our water bottles. Even though we did not have the breakfast plan, we did use the breakfast room in the evening as a place to have a snack. There were cutlery and plates available. We washed them when we finished but the night manager indicated that we did not need to. The outdoor garden was a nice place to get some fresh air, too. W

The hotel was 20-25 minutes by metro to Paris tourist attractions. When you get used to using the metro, travelling to city center is very easy. Distance from the hotel to metro station (Mairie d'issy metro station that is the final stop of the green metro line, numbered M12) is 200 metres, no exaggeration. There are a few good restaurants, a patisserie, a tobacco shop and a greengrocer's in 30 seconds walking distance. There is a huge supermarket named Monoprix where you can find anything at reasonable prices, in 1 minute walking distance. The neighborhood is silent. Our room was facing the street but we were never bothered by any noise. Our room was spacious enough for me and my son. The bed and the pillows were great, very comfortable, the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Our room and all the hotel was clean. AC was working very well. The personnel were always HELPING and very FRIENDLY. The hotel provides free fresh water that you can take to your room and also fill your bottles for touring the city. Moreover, they provide free sparkling water from a water automat, juices and little snacks. The only thing that would be better would be to have a refrigerator in the room. Definitely, will stay here again.

The location was good, close to the metro station. The staff was friendly and the reception was open all night, so check-in was possible at any time. Food and Department store (Monoprix) was nearby as well as bakery. The area felt safe.

The bathroom was a little dated but fully functional. The coffee/tea facility had to be moved to reach the plug. The check-in is at 3 pm, and when arriving ahead of schedule the wait is long.

We liked that it had parking and it was reasonably priced. The hotel allowed us to have two rooms next to each other which was perfect. The facilities in the lobby were good. It was conveniently located near shops and public transport.

Brilliant little hotel, room was very clean and and quiet. About a two minute walk to the nearest metro station where its about a 20 minute ride to take you to central Paris.

Nothing not to like!

It was a very pleasant stay and we liked the place. They allowed us to keep up the luggage after checkout so we could have lunch before our flight which was really convenient!

1. One night the fire alarm ring, and it turned out to be a mistake but make everybody in the building gathering on the street. 2. The hang of the shower is loose, and the shower head will drop to the ground several times during the shower.
