Some electricity sockets did not work (although I did not mention this to staff so they had no chance to rectify it, they may have done if I had), and a wee bit old/dingy if looking for a v modern hotel (I am not) - so a good comfortable safe stay in a great location and I would stay there again.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by great staff. We (family of 4) traveled Europe for over 3 weeks so we had fairly large luggage; luckily there was an elevator (though very small) that assisted us in carrying it to the 4 floor. We loved the size of the room (family room) and that there were three beds to accommodate all of us accordingly. We also loved that there was an air conditioning unit, a coffee maker, plenty of towels, extra linens and the room was clean. The location was fantastic, as it was walking distance to many sites, like the river, Notre Dame Cathedral, Pantheon and many restaurants. The LIME bikes/scooters were readily available near the hotel. Lastly, the staff was great in assisting with obtaining transportation to the train station for us.

It would be nice to have outlets by the head of the bed to plug in phone. Had to charge phone on the floor by the door. Minor issue. There was a spot next to the bed that was perfect for a phone charge of it had an outlet.

Great location. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. Our A/C worked great. Our kids in the triple said it was a bit warm.

Hotel seems very dated and in need of maintenance. Carpet in room had all stains and even though it was clean, it looked dirty. There was also a stale smell in the room

Elevator very small, can hold just one person with luggage. Breakfast on the pricy side at 16 euros.

Rooms were comfortable, with small refrigerator. Breakfast was ample with lots of choices. Close to good restaurants. Easy walking distance to Notre Dame, Ile St. Louis, and many shops. Air conditioning worked well during a heat wave, which was much appreciated.

The beds were rock hard and the shower only had half a door so water got everywhere.

The bed itself was very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs inside the mattress but the bedding was nice. The shower is small but to be expected from an older building. The lobby could use a refresh.

Location was close to metro, buses and the city center. The staff was so nice and helpful. We thought the room was a nice size especially by European standards. It was also close to a few nice cafees.

Nothing loved it! The unit was a little rough around the edges, being it is an older building. My family of four would definitely go there again.

The only gripe was the beds. One mattress was very uncomfortable, the other was manageable (we opted for 2 twin beds). We knew to expect the small elevator.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff - it was nice that someone was around 24 hours. Our room was small but comfortable, with ample closet space to unpack for our 4-night stay.

Nothing much. Pleasantly surprised by hotel hospitality

We stayed at the hotel for a 2 nights stop over to our final destination. Centrally located in Quartier latin and lots to see walking distance(pantheon , st michel area). The metro is 3 mins walking distance. Many good restaurants around. Though rooms are bit old, they are comfortable and very clean. We could check in early and this was convenient for us travelling with kids. Reception also arranged for a taxi van to take us to the airport.

One night manager (guy with braids, didn't see his name), was hanging outside with friends and didn't even come inside when he saw me waiting at reception. I had to go out and ask him my question (checkout time) and he really acted as if he couldn't be bothered. It was extra surprising because every single other person working there- reception, housekeeping- everyone- was exceptionally kind and friendly and helpful. Luckily he was only there one night.

Amazing location, wonderful staff (except one night guy) my first room was too low, small and looked at a wall; reception changed me to a lovely room with a great view and a small balcony. It was perfect. Strong wifi everywhere in hotel. The hotel smelled really good, and lobby was air-conditioned. (it was very hot in Paris when I was there, so that was wonderful to come into after walking all day). On that note, so easy and fast to get to so many places on foot from the hotel. The little coffee-sweets (tagada fraises!)-lemon-water station downstairs was so convenient and welcoming, with comfy couches and newspapers and bottles of water. Very friendly and accomodating staff, and since I had a night flight, I was able to put my suitcases in the back room and come and go on my last day. It felt like a nice home :) I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again.

The breakfast was probably the only thing I would criticize about stay, way overpriced and of very poor quality . Eggs and bacon were actually cold and selection of yogurt and pastries was pretty dismal.

The location of the hotel was really great ,plenty of restaurants, shopping areas, museums, etc nearby.

A restaurant in the hotel and In-Room Dining is missing for the major meals..... But the location is such that food options are literally limitless and all within 10 min of walking....

Excellent location at the heart of the Latin quarter of Paris...... Very helpful staff..... Spacious rooms with the old world charm.... Breakfast is adequately arranged.....
