Only one negative, which wasn't an issue really was the fact we had a great balcony, but no seats or small table to sit outside for a few drinks. We moved the chairs from the room to the balcony, so that did the job.

We were allowed to check in early. We got there around 10 am and were expecting to leave our bags and come back after 2 pm, but the gentleman on reception said we could go straight to our room. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and a good size. Fridge in the room was a nice touch. The communal kitchen was really good, as you could make your own food if needed, which considering how expensive Nice is for eating out, this was very handy. Plus, you also had your own fridge in the kitchen, which it's own lock and key. Free coffee machine, again, a nice extra. Location of this hotel could not be better for getting around, and is a few hundred feet from the beach.

Location was great - very convenient! The only assistance was via phone & helpful but not as convenient as having someone there to ask ?? Room/hotel older & no extras at all (spot for mini fridge but none on our room) air conditioning was not working; when called they said entire hotel out so did get it repaired that evening & things happen so appreciated them fixing it since it was very warm.

It would have been better if garbage was collected from the rooms everyday. And the booking site said the towels are changed every 3 days; we stayed for 4 days and nights and our towels were never changed. Also, I want to suggest having an airport shuttle service for a more reasonable fee than Uber or Taxi (maybe 10 Euros per person). We took the tram to the airport, which was very convenient and efficient, except that we have a big suitcase and 2 carry-ons, which was a little bit inconvenient to lug to the tram station.

We liked that there were provisions to store food and cook and eat there instead of eating out everytime. Also, the room was very simply and cheerfully decorated. We also liked the coffee machine and the location which was close to everything.

We didn't see any staff for the duration of our stay. However, everything was explained in the welcome email and there was full contact information in case you needed to speak to a member of staff.

My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Club Inn for a long weekend. The hotel location is within easy walking distance of the Promenade d'Anglais and many local restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was easy, as all the instructions were emailed in advance. As the hotel was set back from the main street it didn't have sea views, but our room was quiet and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach cafes. There were plenty of towels and a free safe in the room. Downstairs in the main lobby was the coffee machine. There was also an iron and ironing board in the kitchen area plus lockable cupboards for food storage if you wanted to self-cater, rather than eat out. All in all, a very reasonably priced hotel in a good location.

Great location and value for money. The hotel is in a heart of Nice (walking distance to everything relevant in Nice). The rooms are modest, but still very comfy and offering everything you need. The personnel was accessible through Booking.com messaging, being at service for whatever we needed. Our family suite was spacious enough, even having two bathrooms, which was great. Would stay there again, definitely.

Room was a bit dated - few stains on the carpet and some paint falling off the ceiling therefore some light refubrishment would be nice.

Lovely place in the city center of Nice. Private parking available (extremely tight therefore only smaller cars fit). Room was spacious, big bed, tv with some foreign Channel, sun curtains, clean bathroom and a safe. Eskalator to get to the top floors and big common kitchen downstairs.

There is really nothing negative about this hotel.

Everything was okay. The rooms are clean, perhaps a bit dated. Close to the beach and Restaurants and shops. The old town is a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and spacious with a separate toilet. Using the kitchen and refrigerators is so nice. You can make your own drink in the cozy downstairs area or prepare your own food if you wish. Breakfast options are around the corner from the hotel, both on the promenade and in the shopping street. The hop-on hop-off bus has a stop 100 meters from the hotel. And the tourist train is about a 5-minute walk away. There is really nothing negative about this hotel.

the location is perfect! Very central, 2mins walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and cafes around. the hotel was super clean, peaceful, and the access was very very easy, via a code (both entrance and room access). i loved the fact that they let us leave our luggage there after the check-out until 7PM (when the code expires). you have a kitchen on the first floor that has anything you need also.
