Quite small room comparing with hotels in other cities but this is a usual situation for Paris.

A very good place with kind and polite stuff. There's all you need in your room including mini fridge and hair dryer. A beautiful view to the montparnasse tower. The metro station in a 3 minutes from the hotel. I very liked a cappuccino in a hotel cafe. So I definitely recommend this hotel.

- The elevator is best described as “dodgy” its really small and makes a sudden drop before moving upwards. Avoided during our stay. - The rooms are incredibly small. Not as much as a metre around the bed to the room walls. - The Elevator isn’t as loud as made out in other reviews and we stayed just across from it. - Staying at the front of the building there’s lots of vibrations from the metro station beneath.

- The location was good. Around a 30-40 minute walk to all the main attractions or a €12-16 Uber journey. - The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. - Lots of great restaurants on the street and metro station right outside the front door. - Room was thoroughly cleaned each day. - Great shower.

The hotel faced a connexion issue with their internet provider since my arrival (Friday till Monday), that wasn't fixed till the morning of my checkout, hence I didn't benefit from a wifi connection and needed to invest in my data roaming bill to remain connected. I wasn't offered any commercial gesture to compensate that !

There was nothing we didn't like. The elevator is really tiny , 2 people, 2 suitcases only, but that cannot be helped. Most of the time we used the stairs.

The room was pretty small as expected and had a fridge. We were at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. Wifi was good, we were able to watch Netflix on a small laptop. Breakfast is good and had soy milk for my coffee. Coffee and tea is available any time of the day. Filtered water is available in the lobby and you can borrow water bottles if you don't have one. We barely noticed the rumble from the subway and after the first day we didn't notice it at all. There are lots of restaurants and bars plus a convenience store across the street. The metro stop is a 3 minute walk or you can take a bus just outside the door. The first day we walked to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Musee D'Orsay. 10 min walk to the Paris Montparnasse train station to go to Versailles. The location was very convenient for our 5 day stay. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would stay here again.

The room. The first night I stayed next to the lift, and didn't know it could get really noisy. I asked for a change which the staff granted it to me, but still the noise persisted. If you're going to stay in the hotel, ask for a room far away from the lift.

The staff is one of the best things in this hotel, super super helpful in the different problems that I had. The hotel is situated near important train stations.

Location was ok; 5-10 minutes walk from metro station. There restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bakeries, fast food, supermarket within a 5-20 minutes walk. We arrived early so we couldn't check in. But the wifi was available at the breakfast area and we kept busy until our room was ready. There is a lift! although small it's still good that we don't have to lug heavy luggage up stairs. The room was clean although small. With the 2 of us we are constantly bumping into each other and the suitcases. In spite of that it was still comfortable for our sleep. I thought it was ingenious how they squeeze in a double bed, desk wardrobe, safe mini fridge and drink station in such a small space. It's everything we need. The staff were very helpful. We were there for the Bastille Day celebrations and needed information on where to go. But no, DO NOT go to Champ de Mars just 1 hour before the fireworks start as they suggested. We went 6 hours earlier and there were already many people. We found places. One hour later there wasn't even walking space.

Awful smell in the bathroom.

Brilliant location really close to the railway station ( metro). Great area with many bars and restaurants. Lively and welcoming. Felt very safe even after dark. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable.
