Room was small but expected for what I paid. Slightly loud at night but not horrific.

Really great location. Perfect if you just want a clean bed and bathroom for the night for a good price.

cups in the the room could be not carton :) we got really frozen that evening and I could not have a proper cup of hot water with teraflu

the room had this “balcony” french type, really nice, check in was fast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to shops and cafes and inly 15 minute walk from Sacre Couer. It was very quiet in our room as it wasn’t on the street. The shower was very powerful

You can head a lot of noise from the corridor, housekeeping staff are noisy from early morning

Two rather noisy pubs just outside, aircon set to a temperature that cannot be changed, hence leaving windows shut to minimus noise was impossible. Surfaces were not cleaned with dirty cutlery and glasses left behind after cleaning. A very rude night person early on 8th April and room left unlocked after cleaning the same day. Also towel numbers not matching number of guests

Room and pillows smelt weird, bathroom was too small, lift only fits 2-3 ppl so others had to walk 5 flights of stairs.

Not much that I did not like! Wish the door had a manual lock on it that prevented key access during the night.

Location was wonderful - right in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was adequate, especially for the price.

TV wasn’t work. The room was dusty. It needs to restoration because of unmaintained.

WiFi was very well. There is a fireplace in the room and balcony. They are so nice. It’s near to metro station. The room was so wide and usefull.

The room wasn’t clean and also the day of the departure one of the cleaners tried to go inside to the room even when we told them that we are still preparing our stuff before the check out time also the Wi-Fi connection was horrible

No bugs and the stuff really friendly also the location it’s very suitable near to bus station and have some amazing restaurants around strongly recommended

We were in the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have elevator/lift . It was uncomfortable and dangerous due that we have 20kilos bags .

Wi-Fi was really bad, didn’t work. They had given the phone but no details on how to connect to reception. (attached is speed test result)

Location was indeed good. The lady at the reception was really nice to guide us through with a map (sorry forgot her name). 10-20mins walking to all the nearby attraction (Montmarte, Lourve etc.)

My room unfortunately had a cigarette smell which bothered me. Totally ok when window was open, but being a solo traveller, I was worried to leave the window open. The staff offered to move me to another room, and cleaning staff even bought me room spray 🙂

The room was small but spacious enough. We found the automatic entrance lights didn't work which made it interesting trying to find the keyhole in the dark. The safe in the cupboard didn't work, and the batteries had exploded inside the casing.

The location of the property is central and not far from Gare du Nord, so good transport links. Up the road (20 min walk) is Montmatre, which is a great morning trip out. The staff were friendly, we didn't make use of the breakfast although it smelt great. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good temperature and pressure.

Breakfast was very busy and only one lady having to deal with everything but we probably went down at the busiest time!

Ideal situation - bustling neighbourhood with plenty eating places and close to transport links such as Gare du Nord as well as the metro.
