The front door lock, while very secure, needed a lot of strength and effort to open. It would have been helpful to have instructions for using the oven available on the kitchen counter.

Great location in old part of city. Easy walk across beautiful river to centre of town. Very well equipped including washing machine and excellent heating. Host provided good local information, including a recommendation for a beautiful restaurant.

Everything was exceptional: location, clear instructions to access the apartment, information about where to eat, visit, neighbourhood, immaculate white bedsheets and towels, all you need to live (including soap, detergent, shampoo and others - this might sound cheap but when you travel light and don’t have them at disposition they become annoyingly important), everything very clean. Good quality furniture, extra pillows and blankets. We always preferred staying in an apartment rather than a hotel room, and sometimes the owners behave like a poor relative is coming to live with them and furnish the place to rent with pieces of furniture that otherwise would be thrown away. This apartment looks newly renovated and everything is functional and pleasant to use. I really appreciate the owners effort. And what a view!!!

Was quite warm but the fan helped. An extra fan would have been really nice.

The location was wonderful. The apartment had a little fridge and was next to a great coffee shop and right in the middle of the old town. Perfect! Quite near the metro too. Used the washing machine and it worked very well. The toilet separate from the shower was so nice.

This was our first time in Lyon and we could not have asked for anything better. Simply perfect. Nicolas was amazing assisting us with anything we needed. Check in was very easy with Nicolas provding detailed information and then meeting us at the apartment which was a nice personal touch. Location was perfect within walking distance to almost everywhere. Excellent choices for food and drinks especially The Bouchons. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to visiting again 😀.

We arrived on an intensely hot day and the apartment was completely closed up, the fan was off and there was no water in the fridge. There wasn’t even a jug in the apartment to put water in from the tap – we ended up using the kettle for this purpose. Because we arrived late in the day it was hard to dispel the intense heat and it did have an impact on our comfort.

Central to old town of Lyon, quiet, secure, public paid parking very close by, all the facilities we needed were there, recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. Great communication with our host Nicolas. Nicolas was so helpful leading to our stay. When we arrived he was there to greet us and even helped us with our baggage. He also helped with directions to the parking close by. Nicolas ( and Sophie ) were wonderful hosts.

We loved this apartment. It is very well located: right in the old town but because it is at the back of the building overlooking a courtyard, it is very quiet. It’s close to the metro and many sights. There is a wonderful view of Fourvier from the window. Nicolas was an gracious and thoughtful host and spoke good English. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and was very responsive. The space was very comfortable, clean and was well equipped. Great to have a washing machine too. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommended.

You could not find a more perfect apartment in a more perfect location in Lyon. It is so close to everything you will want to visit in Lyon. For foodies, you are less than a hundred metres away from several Michelin starred restaurants, as well as the highly rated Bouchons. Stunning.

The couch slopped and wasn't very comfortable. I'm not sure if someone used the sleep sofa and didn't put it back correctly or not. We didn't pull it out to see if this was the issue or not. Definitely not anything that would prevent me from booking another stay here.

The apartment is in a great location in the old Town. Close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and the sites. The host sent me self check-in instructions which were very clear. We had no issues. We didn't cook while we were there but used the krups coffee machine and it was nice to have a few pods left for us. The beds were very comfortable as well - we like firmer beds and these were perfect! We liked the modern decor and it was very clean with a nice bathroom.
