Staff at check-in was in bad mood and very slow. It took around 45 minutes. The phone in our room was ringing in the middle of the night. Two hours later somebody was knocking at the door. That's very annoying when you try to get a few hours sleep between flights.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean hotel in close distance to CDG. Family room was big and well set. The free shuttle service worked out well. Breakfast was also fine.

In peak hours, the shuttle service can get cramped. In comparison to other hotels that are within this price range, it can feel a bit less practical, as you have no other way to get to the airport expect car or the shuttle bus.

The room included buffet breakfast, which was quite nice. The shuttle service is also included, in ordrer to get you to and from the airport to the hotel, there's a minibus almost every 15 to 30 minutes.

A female cleaning staff member came in using her key on both days without knocking despite having a do not disturb sign on the door. When reported the manager gave a drink voucher for the inconvenience and made a note to counsel staff. No hot water as an issue was being fixed.

The male staff were great, chatty and friendly. The night manager was the best. A big aquatic centre next door. A nice gym. The location was quiet, and you can walk to the aquatic centre and see the sunset and green fields. The breakfast was awesome. The outside garden was relaxing with chairs and tables. The rooms were super cosy with carpet and comfortable beds, quiet and nice views of the garden and sunset. The bathroom had big Italian showers with lots of room.

We checked in at 20.30am and the room was already available to us. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and modern. Bed was huge and comfortable. Shuttle to and from the airport was very handy

Hotel website lists giant chess and patánc as on site activities. These were not available and staff were not well informed. Eventually they found out they are not available until summer. A little disappointing.

No shower cap among amenities. The bottled soaps dispenser spout was too short to dispense the liquid. No hair conditioner. Separate table is too small. I prefer to have toilet with sink room. No refrigerator. Minimal English language programs on TV to watch. No subtitle or sleep button on remote TV control. It was not easy to find the shuttle boarding area.

If the staff could be more friendly, it would be super helpful. Probably I arrived very late and leave in early morning, so I didn't get a lot of useful information from the front desk. But the shuttle bus driver 6:15am on May 4th is very friendly.

Before I came, I am very worried about how to find the hotel shuttle while the hotel gave me some good response and guidance via chat patiently.

The vegetarian noodle bowl at the restaurant was really subpar. The service was quite attentive, however, and the other things we ordered (salmon and a club sandwich) were good.

The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Everything seemed new. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and my kids loved the foosball table in the lobby. The reception staff were kind. The large breakfast buffet offered many different hot and cold choices. Shuttle service to the airport was easy and efficient -- took about 10 minutes, maybe less. We used the pool facility located a short walk down the street, which was a great amenity. Just be aware that men and boys can't wear swim trunks into the pool -- it has to be a Speedo-style short or brief. They do sell them there from a vending machine.

Shuttle service was a joke. Stood outside airport where I was suppose to for over an hour twice on different days and they didn’t show up. Plus when you order from hotel to airport the driver doesn’t check who has booked and just drives off I walked in hotel thinking this will be a wonderful stay. But rather turned disappointed. I was 3hours early to check in and I was told they can’t which I accepted. When it was time to check me in she has the odacity to say she will check if there is room! Why will you check if there is room when I made my reservation a month prior. And I wasn’t only guest that happened to. Terrible check in and service On top of that went to restaurant to eat while we wait and only one staff taking order serving and serving drinks and taking bill. Wasn’t organised. Pure display of no professionalism

It is a good hotel with spacious rooms, which is quite rare for France. The hotel provides free tickets to the SPA area, which is only 50 meters from the hotel. The village is very small, there are few restaurants and one grocery store. I stayed there because the main reason was to see the surroundings with my bike. Also it is a good option for spending one night before any transfer from Paris.

The shower did not drain and the bathroom floor flooded. Maintenance was called; he mopped up the water and claimed to fix the drain, but when my husband showered afterward, the floor started to flood again due to lack of drainage. Also, we ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was bland the the service was terrible. I was dying for some salt to put on my dish, but the server never once returned until it was time to pay the bill. Definitely skip the restaurant. Also the hairdryer they provided did not work in the bathroom due to a plug issue, so I had to dry my hair sitting on the floor (no place to put the dryer down while using) in the room in front of the full-length mirror.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, so it was convenient for getting to the airport early the next morning. The room was large and very clean. And the buffet breakfast in the morning...it was FANTASTIC!!!

Nothing, all was great. Maybe a suggestion to let passengers going to the airport know that it does take a while to get through security. I am used to small airports and giving myself two hours at Paris I thought i'd have time for a coffee and a wander around the shops but by the time I got to Terminal One (as shuttle drops off at Terminal Two) and through check in and security I needed to get straight to the gate as the flight was boarding. So maybe a suggestion for check in is a reminder for those used to smaller airports that Paris is a busy airport and you'll need two hours to get your flight.

There was confusion about where the airport shuttle picks up from CDG airport. Be careful, they won’t stop if you’re not in front of the hotel shuttle sign.
