The gym… it is in open air and the fitness equipment was not working… a big disappointment for my boyfriend who wanted to work out

Restaurant was not opened when we were there. Bathroom slightly small and tight. The staircase is quite dusty and dark, can be dark when we return to our rooms

Beautiful setting with stunning views of Mt Ventoux. Short walk to the village restaurants and cafe. Staff very accommodating and welcoming. Room lovely and had everything you needed. Hotel wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Did not realise that there was/is no evening food until we arrived. A slight concern, but now we know, we would book again and plan around it.

Intimate and quiet hotel with no children or big groups. Ideal for us. The manager was super-helpful as were all the staff. Lovely pool. And lovely open spaces to relax in.

Fantastic location with an unimpeded view across the valley to Mont Ventoux from the room, breakfast terrace and pool Friendly and helpful staff. The pool is in a nice location but has no shallow end -- i.e., it's too deep and hard to get into and out of and is unsafe for children. The pool could also be cleaner. Perhaps the owner should consider redoing the pool to make it easier to access. In addition, the safe was difficult to use and took several tries every time to lock, even though we asked for instructions. But overall, the hotel is very nice!

The breakfast was very nice -- great croissants! Also the patio where one could eat the breakfast was lovely. The owner has done a magnificent job of converting a series of old buildings into a spectacular hotel! The rooms are beautiful and ours had great views and a lovely big balcony. The decorations of the rooms are very nice as well. Beautifully done and we'll come back.

The staff sit at a table in the main entry and courtyard. They smoke and talk there. I don't understand why they can't be in a room elsewhere. This makes guests feel uncomfortable.

The views from the balcony are really incredible. Watching clouds roll in and the distant hills. It can't get any more relaxing.

Lots of stairs, but overall it is a small issue.

Excellent rooms, excellent staff, great breakfast, quiet and relaxing, very good recommendation for dinner. Everything was great. Would go and stay again.

Everything was perfect for our plans. So peaceful and the location and Staff were great. Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive at the hotel until very late. Jean-Baptiste was very kind in making sure we had access to our room after a long trip to get there.

The food in the afternoon, i.e. up until 18h00 was strange, because we did not want to eat out in the evening and similarly, we did not want a big Lunch, so we were caught a little between a "rock and a hard place"

The Breakfast was excellent, like so many Hotels of this standard in France. The views from the Bedroom was spectacular and the sun loungers made it even better.

It was a shame the hotel did not serve dinner. Food was available for guests from 2pm until 6pm. It looked delicious, but would have been nice if it was served just a little later. Nonetheless, the manager gave us an excellent recommendation of a delightful restaurant just 3mins walk away. We would also have liked to have a kettle in our room to make tea in the morning. A minor point, as tea making was available to us downstairs at all times, along with the honesty bar for other drinks etc, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast was unbelievably good. Unlimited choices of fruits, lovely locally sourced jams and honey, breads, pastries, fruits and juices. We could also have had hot cooked breakfast too, but unnecessary as the selection of everything available on the cold table was incredible. The location was amazing. An outstanding view over Mont Ventoux and the foothills. Facilities such as the swimming pool, pétanque, rental bicycles including e-bikes were second to none.
