Even though Booking said that the check-in is till 11 pm, I was told at the reception that the check-in is only till 10 pm. We arrived around 10:20, I guess. That was a bit unsettling because it's a B'n'B type of hotel with a reception that is considered to be 24/7. No boiler available to make some tea in the evening: the reception is closed and there is no possibility to get to the coffee machine either. In the morning around 10am, there was no one at the reception, so we had to go around the hotel to find anyone to check-out us :)

Just a usual B'n'B hotel - it has what you expect from it: a roof, and a bathroom, a bed. The room seemed pretty clean. Even though the showerhead was broken, I still enjoyed the shower directly from the hose anyway :D

There were 2 problems for me... The coffee maker leaked and I was asked to leave my key on the reception desk when I left but at 5am Both doors to reception were locked and it was therefore impossible for me to comply. I had no other option than to leave the key card on the nearest internal table. Other than this a wonderful place to stay

Easy to find situated just off the rocard at the end of a cul-de-sac so felt very safe as a woman travelling alone

The hotel is suppose to be smoke free but we kept smelling the smoke from the room in front of us and the sound proofing is not good.

Good place for a short stay, it provides all the things that we needed.

Few usable TV channels, only one English channel...

Everything was just fine, in fact for the money it was excellent. The only thing i would like to see improved was the availability of more free TV channels. Most didn't work... A few more English channels woukd also no doubt be great for many travelers from the UK for which the hotel is ideally placed.. Will definitely be staying again, thank you 👍

We were quite disappointed that there were no tea making equipment in the room, we were also surprised that on the booking form we could book in till 11.30pm but on arrival at 11.10 the hotel was just locking up and we had only just made it in.

We booked the hotel because it had secure parking for our motorcycles, but the breakfast and the room was good and the hotel was in a nice quiet area of the town.

The staff seemed totally indifferent to guests and it seemed as though management recognised this factor and staff were put right about managements expectations.

Finding it via Google Maps which kept trying to send me around to a nonexistent rear entrance.

Room was clean but still smelled of old socks. The hot water was lukewarm at 11pm (but hot in the morning)

Lovely friendly staff, really comfortable beds. Quiet, convenient location quite close to Dieppe harbour.
