Christina went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Very helpful. The apartment was perfectly located, 2min walk to the beach. Sofa bed was incredibly comfortable and great kitchen suitable for cooking.

The apartment was perfectly situated and provided lovely clean accomodation with everything one could need. The lady who manages the apartment locally was helpful on arrival and throughout. I would recommend this accommodation and it offers great value for money.

Well, a proper bed would be a 'nice to have', but the sofa bed was perfectly fine...I wasn't there throughout most of the day, so no issues. Was there a safe in the apartment - don't think there was, would be nice to have for the future.

Location, location, location! Great access to the Palais des Congresses, a lovely quiet apartment, excellent facilities throughout the apartment, no issues with a sofa bed, good bathroom and lots of hot water, large TV and Box, although never turned them on! Ironing board and a hoover as well! Great host, good communication on lead up to arrival - would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Good security too...

There was nothing we didn’t like about the flat .

I spent a wonderful weekend with my wife at the end of October in this amazing apartment. The apartment itself is well-equipped, well thought ,clean , cozy and light . It is comfortably located, there are lots of cafes , restaurants , shops nearby . Christine is really helpful and always available.

Perfect location of the studio in the downtown of Cannes, 50 m from the beach and 50 m from the streets with restaurants and bars. Perfect service. Kind and nice attitude by the hosts. We consider using this studio again in our future trips to Cannes.

There is no washing machine or dryer in the house

- amazing location - stone throw away from the beach and the heart of Cannes - Amazing host - very accommodating and responsive and gave very clear instructions - Newly built flat and very well maintained and super clean - All the linens and furniture etc were premium quality - Even though it was a sofa bed, it was huge and perfectly comfortable for 2 people - Very safe area and building has a lift and a lot of eating options around - Kitchen was very well equipped with everything that you may need to make basic things (basic utensils, ingredients etc). there is a toaster, coffee maker, induction - Balcony is super cute and you can see the sea on one side - the shutter closes and makes the room pitch dark so you can sleep comfortably - Wifi is good and there is a huge TV with some movies (we didn’t use the TV so dont know much) - Walking distance from the Cannes main train station

The aparment has all you can expect. It's clean, really cosy, comfortable and very well located. Very close to the beach and with no outside noises, which is great. I do recommend it and will for sure book it again!

The location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the Palais and to restaurants and shopping. Corvin, the host, communicated well and everything went smoothly.
