We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was delightful and the staff friendly and helpful, they spoke French to me when I spoke French and switched to English for my husband’s benefit. The food in the restaurant was quite the best meal we can remember having in a long time and the room was well laid out with appealing decor.

The staff were very kind and attentive. We booked online last minute to break our journey and also asked if we could reserve a table for dinner. Sadly the Michelin stared restaurant was fully booked so they gave us a room upgrade and even took the time to ring us later in the evening as they had a cancellation for dinner. We had already found and restaurant but will certainly come back to the hotel and make sure we book in advance for their restaurant. Breakfast was lovely. Being a Saturday night we could park for free straight outside. It is an easy walk around town from the hotel and there is a covered food market on a Sunday in one of the town squares.

Spacious clean rooms and excellent service. 5 min walk to city center, several good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is very good and the staff is friendly and correct.

Its convenient location in the centre of a most attractive town. Our room was very comfortable and fitted to an excellent standard. Dinner at the bistrot ‘Les Temps Changeant’ was, quite frankly, outstanding. The staff were, without exception, professional, helpful and charming. Breakfast, too, matched the overall standard of this excellent establishment.
