Very good breakfast. Amazing Viennese pastries! Very quiet place in a small street. Restaurants nearby, close to the metro station. Nice staff. I definitely recommend.

Our rooms weren't correctly made up on day 1. This was done on day 2 exactly as we requested but this could have been a problem. We were on the 5th floor, the lift goes tot he 4th, this was difficult for my aged father

We loved the location, the Cité Bergere is a wonderful private road just off the Grands Boulevards. Many local brasseries and restaurants, very French, close to the Metro. We had breakfast one day, it was very good if rather expensive, The breakfast tables are very small and only sit two

I’m more used to a cooked irish breakfast, which I prefer.

Location was great and close to the train station, shops and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast good.

Little space for clothes, no bodylotion. My room on the top floor (4) was apparently under or next to a ventilator on the roof which made a constant loud noise. Not nice at night when you are tired and want to sleep. When I informed the staff, they offered me another room on the 2nd floor. Note that when you are not early at breakfast, things may have run out. One day, there was no bread left when I arrived. Upon request, they would bake-off a baguette.

Extreme small room that even mini me pump on everything. Toilet has not cleaned well, very smelly. Our window face to a drain, no view, only good part to face to a drain is no noise.

Super helpful staff. Taxi rides, luggage storage and spoon supply. Comfortable bed, slept well. Nice location close to stores and metro.

Good location. Staff of the night were kind ! It's a quiet place. Soo lovely public spaces ( flowers, plants, colours, lights , everything is so cute ). It's better than I expected ! No complaints about the other customers or the cleaning staff , I didn't see them.

Too small bathroom. It was like 60x60. There are dangerous things you can hit your head-body while moving in the room.

Location was great! Many restaurants and markets near by. At least 3 metro line near by. Staff was very helpful. Heat mechanism is good. We didn’t get cold - Paris was really cold!
