The bedroom was a little smaller than expected, no hooks to hang wet towels, and just a minor point, although there was an exterior blind at the window, the lovely interior curtains didn't meet at the middle, which aesthetically was a bit odd!

Very friendly owners, everything very clean, safe parking right outside, an excellent breakfast. Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Location very close to the beach and a wide choice of restaurants. Sadly it was blowing a freezing gale so we weren't able to walk along the promenade or enjoy breakfast on the terrace!

A warm welcome at reception, comfortable and clean room, beautifully decorated throughout, delicious and ample breakfast, lovely owners. It was perfect. We used the secure parking at the back but it would have been fine to park off the road at the front as it was very quiet and peaceful. We would happily stay again. PS loved the toilet seat!

A wonderful week in Chatelaillon-Plage in this beautiful little hotel. Immaculately clean, comfortable and friendly. Lovely breakfasts. Fredrick and Céline were perfect hosts and all the staff excellent. Highly recommended!! Noel and Linda.

Bar closes at 8, there are others in walking distance but it would have been nice to have a late drink at the hotel, I would like to suggest some kind of self service honesty bar if possible as I understand the costs of staffing.

Location, short stroll to the beach, very clean and a lovely pool. The room was excellent although a little compact.

The room was on the small size, especially for a longer stay. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and the bar closed at 8pm, so there were no food or drink options after this.

A calm, relaxing and well-appointed boutique hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious, although of continental options only, and sitting out on the terrace by the pool first thing in the morning to eat it was a fantastic start to the day. The bar was well stocked, and with a few 'snack' options available.

Beautiful boutique hotel, spotlessly clean. Run by a lovely French family. 2mins walk from the fabulous beach at Chantillion Plage. Great to have the swimming pool too. Highly recommend it!

There was little space for hanging clothes and it was not possible to hang a full length dress. To improve this the desk could be removed and replaced with more wall shelving and wardrobe space.

The friendly and attentive staff. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. We loved the swimming pool, as not many in the area have them. The breakfasts were excellent in terms of variety and quality. Our room was air conditioned which made it very comfortable. There are lots of artworks on display. It is very close to the beach, just one street back from the sea front and a couple of minutes walk. The resort of Chatelaillon is brilliant, lots of places for us to eat and a beautiful wide and sandy beach.

Private parking is only available until 10.00pm so if you intend to go out for dinner and return any later it isn’t worth paying the extra. There is however plenty of parking outside and the area is quiet and safe.

Really good small hotel run by a very friendly and helpful family. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants plus the beach are all working a couple of minutes walk. La Rochelle 15 mins by car.

Great location with beach and restaurants very close. Comfortable room and lovely pool. Very welcoming staff. No need to pay for private parking as plenty of safe free parking on road.
