The location of the hotel is very good, on the one hand in the center of the old city (5-10 minutes walk to the cathedral), on the other hand the place is quiet, there is no noise. The room is clean and comfortable. Very good bed. Very warm homely atmosphere at breakfast. Many thanks for this to Marcela, who does everything to make sure that the guests have a tasty and pleasant experience.

Nothing, everything was fantastic

Fantastic hotel. Very nice location, a short walk into the historic part of Strasbourg. Lovely room, very clean. Very quiet. Fantastic shower with lots of hot water. Very comfortable beds. Very helpful staff Excellent breakfast Highly recommend this hotel.

My only slight negative and I am being picky here would be the passage between the hotel and the car park is a little dark but the light does come on eventually otherwise no complaints at all.

The location is just great. There’s also parking available though that is an extra charge. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and shower. A separate loo is always a plus. I loved the balcony as well. The mini bar was well stocked there was also a coffee machine. The reception team were wonderful and so helpful when we were struggling with ordering taxis. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Room clean a bit early, i finished my breakfast at 9.30 and they were already in my room, so had to send them away to finish to get ready. Relax room very small, so if more than 2 guest go not much space to relax.

great size room, clean and comfy. Very close to the city centre. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Loved going to chill in the relax area with the sauna. Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of choice and there is always someone there to help.

We had two hotel rooms, one was extremely hot and we couldn’t get the temperature to turn down. However, we never alerted the hotel staff so they may have been able to fix it. Also, there was mold, growing around the window in the shower in the bathroom. Some of the moldings look like they had been wet and we’re pulling away from the wall. But overall these are small things that can be remedied, we were actually rather happy with this hotel.

This hotel is close to the convention center so it was an easy walk. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and we would definitely return.

It was my first time visiting Strasbourg and I had a very nice stay at D Hotel. I greatly appreciate the receptionist, Miss Lauriane, outstanding service. She was very welcoming and her work was impeccable, check in went smoothly, she suggested places to eat and recommended places to visit. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was super. The only think i lack -- fresh vegetables. But probably it is not usual for traditional French breakfasts:)

The location is wonderful, close to the city center. The room was cozy and clean, no noise from the street at all. The staff was friendly and assisting. The breakfast was also very good with hot meals, variety of bread and cheese.

The only negative I can think of is the soundproofing of the room walls, but it wasn't that big of a deal for us.

The location was very nice. Really close to everything. The room was very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were also very nice and let us leave our bags there after the check out.

Tea was provided in the room but there was no kettle to actually prepare it - very odd. Garage access is quite cumbersome (e.g. luggage should be dropped at reception before parking the car as there is no lift).

Great location around 10 mins walk from the cathedral, parking garage next to hotel, breakfast was good (and the staff overseeing it was very nice). Great shower in the Deluxe room.

The location was a big advantage -- so accessible to the Old Town, but without the noise and crowd. The room space was well-planned, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were also helpful and friendly.
