It was tricky to get to the station if you want to head into Paris itself - the staff directed us to the wrong bus stop so we ended up taking an Uber.

Excellent rooms, both in size and comfort. The bathroom was superb too and it was great to be able to park the car at the back of the hotel. Very helpful staff as well.

The only thing that let the hotel down was one member of staff in the restaurant at breakfast times. The first morning we had a lovely guy who was very friendly and helpful. The second day the guy on breakfast duty was too busy on his phone to come and check us in. Once he finally spotted us waiting, his demeanour made it clear we were a hindrance. Third morning we arrived for breakfast a bit later at 9:20 (breakfast is served until 10) and we noticed all but one table had been laid for dinner (wine glasses on each table) The same guy was on duty. He spotted us and stormed over telling us there was no hot food now because of the time and the chef MAY be able to do scrambled eggs. After sitting down and realising most of the breakfast had been packed away I asked politely if we could have some scrambled egg. Again he was clearly annoyed and put out that we were there and dared to ask for some food that we had paid £44 each day for. This one person made such a lovely experience a bad one. On our last day we were worried we wouldn't get breakfast so got up early to make sure we were there before 9. I spoke to the lovely reception staff and they apologised and confirmed breakfast is served until 10 and the hot breakfast options should have still been available.

Regrettably, the breakfast provided did not meet the standard I would expect. The food appeared to be of low quality and lacked variety.

Cleanliness is often the mark of a great hotel, and this one certainly excels in that regard. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were well-maintained, and overall, the cleanliness contributed greatly to my positive experience here.

2 elevators should be enough but they are so slow. This was our 2nd visit and there is always chaos at breakfast as they do not prepare enough tables when there is time. So people just walk in or wait or we even noticed passed other people who were there first. And when they have to drop all for cleaning tables, other complaint because buffet is not refilled on time or properly.

Easy to reach & find & located in a nice (recent) area & nice building. Small parking lot & garage under hotel Reception personnel very friendly but for some reason check in did longer than normal although we checked in online. Our room was very nice, spacious & clean. Coffee machine & water cooker in room. Bathroom is not large but has everything & was very clean. Shower is very good with prompt hot water. You can choose between rain shower & hand held. Hair dryer & plenty clean towels & products are from the Rituals brand, which we like a lot. Breakfast is super good & plenty & in a very nice decorated restaurant. Check out went very smooth. Very close to commercial center with many shops as well as Disney.

Not that we didn't like but maybe a fridge would have been good in the room and maybe more tea bags and proper cups.

Brilliant hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. So quiet and lovely rooms with super comfy beds. The pool looked good for if we ever come back during spring and summer. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi ride to Disney which was the reason for our visit. The hotel is also near a retail park with shops including Lidl which we used to get snacks. There is also a great Italian restaurant called zaza about 7 min walk down the road which we loved. All in all we loved it and will be back again.

Great location for Disneyland. Clean, comfortable room. Beds changed and fresh towels everyday. Staff so friendly and so helpful. Fab breakfast every morning. Fantastic value for money We will be back next we are in Paris. 🥰

Although French guests were always complaining at the reception desk, everything was perfect.

The Hotel was clean and nice. It has a large garage, what was really important for us. It is close to many restaurants and has a very good one in the lobby too (in the beginning it looked a bit expensive, but comparing to the prices everywhere else, it is not). The room was good for us 4, the beds comfortable. I read many guest here complaining of the breakfast, what I really don't agree: there was more than enough variety for every taste. Unfortunately it was winter and no time for trying the swimming pool.
