Nothing, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely lovely hotel at a great location and with enthusiastic, friendly staff. The rooms were very nice, but if traveling with coworkers I would recommend taking a single room (as the rooms are a bit small to share). We did not make use of the breakfast due to the limited budget. Finally, we had a nice small balcony with sun to our disposal, which we made good use of during the nice weather.

The staff were so friendly. Unfortunately, I cant remember the names. At the time of check in, our room was not yet ready. However, when the reception lady noticed the i was alone with my little child, she immediately upgrade my room to a ready room. It was so kind and meaningful to me. On second day, I got my self with a strange problem. The man in the reception provides me with a great support, comfort me to not panic and solve my problem. The location was perfect abd safe. The room was clean and good space (for paris hotel). I will definitely stay again in Daunou Opera hotel in my next trip to paris.

Our room would be considered cozy by US standards.

We found the property quite comfortable. The location is centrally located with walking access to the Louvre and to Montmartre. At the price for the room, we found it a great value Luke.

Hotel was very small (lobby very tiny) and no private place to be outside ( we smoke and would've enjoyed an outdoor courtyard or terrace). We had to smoke on the sidewalk with much foot traffic from the adjacent bars and restaurants. This is ok except sometimes, when you're tired after a long day or first thing in the morning while wearing your jammies it's kind of exposing

Breakfast was great and a big convenience so we didn't have to scramble around looking at expensive restaurants everyday! Location was very central to all things like shopping, transit, sights to see

Walid provided exceptional customer service during our stay. One of our padlocks got stuck and making it impossible for us to access our packed luggage (which would’ve been a disaster). Walid went above and beyond to ensure that our suitcase was opened that evening. It was very late but Walid was determined and incredibly resourceful. He was proactive, sourced the appropriate tools and after a good 30 minutes of hard work, successfully removed our defective padlock. Throughout the extremely stressful situation, Walid was so kind and patient with us, he is a fantastic asset to your hotel and I would stay at the Daunou Opera again simply because of him! Thanks again, Walid. You’re a lifesaver!

Basically I liked the hotel a lot. If I have to tell things for improvement I would say that a coat hook could be somewhere at the entrance, and the breakfast was fine but I would appreciate some vegetables.

The location is just perfect. There are more metro stations nearby, good restaurants and shops for food. It is really the city centre with many sights. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean and well-equipped.

The noise from the bars that are near the hotel. We couldn’t rest very well in 2 days because of the parties from the bars located on the same street.
