We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyNice quiet hotel with parking. If you are visiting Compiègne this is a place to consider. I would stay there again if I am back in that part of France. It was just by chance That my friends found the hotel on the internet.
The breakfast was good. Because we were having breakfast very early we were asked for or preference croissant or pain au chocolate, so they could be made available before the normal delivery time.

United KingdomThe small TV hung on the wall had untidy wires hanging from it making the room look scruffy. Not a single picture on the wall gives the room a feeling of bland and boring. A couple of prints of the old city or country would improve the room enormously
The room was small but well equipped. Modern bathroom and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. It's a short walk to the old town which has a good selection of restaurants. Preferring not to drive into Paris we commuted by train from the station about 5 minutes walk away. Reserved car parking in the hotel yard at the rear, Euro 6 per night, is well worth it. Parking spaces are hard to find in the town. Would I stay here again? Yes.

ColombiaThe only thing that was uncomfortable was the in the bathroom had really few hooks for hanging the towels and there was not door in the shower.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Everything was close, reachable by food and the view to the river was beautiful especially during the sunset. The hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was okay. Not too much variety but enough. The croissant was spectacular. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. The man in the reception, who was in charge of everything in the hotel was very kind and willing to help.

GermanyWe took the train and panicked when we found no left luggage lockers but figured we'd just stay the night on a whim. This hotel had rooms available and was a quick walk across the bridge. We were met by a welcoming man at reception who kept our bags while we explored and then checked-in later. He gave us a map of the town before we left, which was nice. Later, we met him for check-in and he showed us how to arrive after hours to the hotel since it's not staffed after a certain time. Our room was on the 4th floor---the hotel has an elevator, but the stairs are large and easily traversed. Room was a good size and clean. Our bathroom seemed to be newer with a separate room for the toilet. The hotel was in a quiet area of town and it was easily walkable to nearby sites. We had breakfast in the morning and it was small, but just what you need to start the day.

Czech RepublicThe room equipment is impractical with minimal storage space for longer stay (there is no drawer, there are only two shelves at the top of a small open wardrobe, there is only a small flat board instead of a bedside table). The toilet and bathroom have no ventilation. The lunch break at the reception (until 3:30 p.m.) is inconvenient considering that it is the normal arrival and departure times.
Excellent location close to the city center, the castle and the train and bus station on the banks of the river Oise. Friendly staff trying to advise and help. Efficient and well-regulated air conditioning, trouble-free and fast enough internet.
