We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Spacious room and large comfortable bed. Bath and shower. Easy parking if you don’t want to drive into town. Only 10/15 minutes walk to the old town. Good breakfast buffet with fresh oranges to squeeze and good selection of cheese etc.

This was a typical Best Western hotel. The bathroom was very dark and had a black basin and dark grey walls and floor, which was a little strange. The shower could not be put at a convenient level as it kept sliding down, which was very annoying. The breakfast was very good and with plenty of selection of food. It was an easy walk into the walled city Guerande, with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

CyprusSauna doesn't include in a price. That was a present for my parents and two sisters who live in France now. I paid for a room with everything included. I thought only breakfast should be paid, and I paid for this too, but I sauna and a swimming pool are usually included. I haven't noticed the information about separate payments until the moment I booked a room and my parents called at the hotel. The present was destroyed. Unfortunately, I chose a non-refundable option. That will be a lesson for me for a next time.

United KingdomRoom Key that didn’t work and told I must have put it in my phone!!!! NO OF COURSE NOT!!!! Car parks (2 of them!) BOTH closed as works would be happening the next day. Not useful to me with heavy luggage!!! Very sad approach to the hotel; tiny grubby sign saying ‘Best Western’ but NO sign show ‘Acceuil’ so unwelcoming!!! Breakfast very sad; scrambled eggs like tough rubber! Shameful at the price!!!
