The only criticism we could find was all four pillows on our bed were the same and not to our liking. A variety of pillows would have been preferred.

absolutely WOW. amazing renovation of this boutique hotel didn’t miss a thing. super lovely rooms, very well appointed with Nespresso coffee, beach bag, perfect beds and shower. The location is super privileged, nestled between the fun neighborhood of Les Halles and the lovely beach of Port du Vieux. We had such a lovely time, we extended for one more night. it was very hard to leave and the bar was raised very high for the rest of the trip!!! Staff super friendly and helpful. will go back to Biarritz just to visit this hotel again! Don’t hesitate!

Breakfast could be better, but we are in france and those guys are weird on berakfast so its was all good.

Right in the center of i all, staff was helpful and nice. Rooftop area to chill in the afternoon. We had a really good time. We rented bikes and and enjoyed our stay.

Fire Alarm went off very early morning and spoilt our stay as couldn’t have breakfast either.

On check in there were charged an amount equal to the stay and then, the next day, andministator asked to pay again, explaining that it was frozen for the safety of the room. We left three days ago and I'm still waiting for my money back. no one warned that they would withhold double the amount and on what basis. As a result, the vacation was ruined because we did not expect to spend so much and are still waiting for money. None of the employees solved the situation, they just stood there and repeated the same thing.

staff attitude, location (really noisy and not private), no parking (despite being told I could pull up to leave overnight bag, that was not possible, and it took me 45 to queue for public parking), a new hotel still using small plastic bottles for shampoo, etc (environmental impact!)

You should not overpay for a room with a balcony on the 1st-2nd floor

We were greeted very unfriendly, but then everything was fine, in general, a very beautiful place.

We had the most uncomfortable and unpleasant situation that I never had in a Hotel. After doing the check out, the front desk staff come to us telling that we have taken with us the 2 bathrobes from the bathroom. We told them that there were not bathrobes in the bathroom when we arrived. So there was a mistake from the cleaning staff, that is understable. We stayed during the morning of the check out day in the terrace of the hotel and two times more the front desk staff insisted telling us that the bathrobes were in the bathroom in our arrival. They didn’t apologize at any moment for the horrible mistake that they had with us, and insisted telling us in three occasions that there were 2 bathrobes missing. This is the worse experience that we ever had in a hotel. A huge lack of professionalism from the front desk staff of the hotel. We asked for apologies from the Director of the hotel, but still any person has contacted us.
