Dirty towels; Mold everywhere in the room; Cold in the room, air conditioner in heating regime doesn't work (around 0 degrees at night!!!); Hotel staff stole my charger from the room.

It's in the middle of the city, so extraordinary location if you want to leave the car behind and Just walk. Clean and really affordable. I Will suggest to everyone. You can park inside as well, which Is definitely a plus.

The bedding was clean and the staff friendly, but ive never stayed somewhere so awful its so rundown and shabby i cant believe its aloud to stay open its like a hotel of horror. Dirty fllor peeling paint plug sockets and lights hanging off just horrible.

The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned either and the shower was broken. So we couldn't shower.

It was very run down. the car park , which cost £10 a night had dusty floor I didn’t want to put my luggage down. And was like the black hole of Calcutta I was worried about anything living around the bed. Some drunk guy came in while I was checking in begging for money

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, was not clean and the shower had a lot of mold.

Hotel is placed in a good location in Dijon close to the train station and the parking garage. It's on a car free road so that has to be taken into account.

Couldn’t get into the car park with our VW van Bathroom was dirty and broken Bed had a waterproof mattress protector on it which was noisy and uncomfortable

Firstly the charge extra taxes even thou you already paid everything in full included the city taxes. The rooms were plane out dirty. I don' t know wat was the worst.The dirty greasy shower, or the dirty doors you really don't want to touch. I cleaned some door handlers with just a wipe, and the wipe became just black with dirt and grease. You really don't want to touch them with your bare hands. It was also nearly impossible to shower in the 3 persons room because of a beam just over the bathtub. You must be really small yo stand under the beam, and NO, you do not want to sit or lie in that tub!

Above a Tram stop.Trams started at a round 5am. Parking on site very difficult to manouver Car into. Staff on reception very unhelpful in assisting us to get to the Car park

Staff was nice. The place was crappy: Felt like a little ghetto place. The shower was a little broken. The toilet was dirty and the smell was nasty Too much noise outside. The price of the room was the same as the other hotel next to it.

Property is outdated, rooms are small and smelly

Location, has parking but difficult to organise, as hotel is on a pedestrian section and parking is a few streets away, but you do eventually link up to thee back of the hotel, ok if two travelling as one can run in to organise, whilst the other blocks the traffic waiting - nightmare if solo on motorbike
