Great location, just a 15-minute walk from La Défense. Really good value for what you pay. The staff went out of their way to help, super friendly. The room was spotless, which I really appreciated, and though it was small, it had everything I needed and was comfy too. Loved the breakfast - lots of choices. Check-in and check-out were smooth, no issues, just like they said.

The staff did not speak English neither did I speak French. Communication was a challenge Nothing for drinking or eating while in the room was included in the package we paid for.

The door locks outside and you have to wait for personal to come open the door. This is fine if personal is reachable always but when we came back there was just a note that said he would be back later, so we stood outside at night waiting for 10-15 min to get in to our hotel.

Hotel is located in a nice area just outside of the city center. In general the hotel does what you expect of a hotel decent wifi, good bed fine little room.

I booked hotel because of good location considering my place to visit in La Défense, as well as affordable price. Hotel is small but cozy, personnel was super friendly and everything went smoothly for me as a non-French speaker. Detailed invoice was provided without asking. Room was small, still enough for its function, very clean and with nice view to yard. Breakfast was simple but good, especially freshly baked warm baguette, maybe the best ever. Grocery store is just in the neighbor, bus stop a few steps away and train stations behind a short walking distance. Stairs to upstairs are quite steep, so not an optimal place if you have physical restrictions - for me not any problem.

Nothing major, I only stayed overnight (like 12 hours) so it is difficult to be objective. There were only some very minor issues like the hairdryer which is very slow (if you have long hair it takes ages to dry), shower is small, no elevator in the building (if you have heavy luggage) and wifi signal was on/off but none of these was a serious issue for me. If you are coming to Paris for business meetings or sightseeing, won't spend your days in the room and want some good price/value, this is your place.

VERY nice staff who helped me A LOT with taxi upon my check-out as I was about to miss an important event. The reception is open 24/7 (I arrived after midnight) and you can leave your bags there after checkout free of charge. There is breakfast available in the lobby (extra charge) but I did not take it. The room was small but sufficient and clean. The bathroom needs some reconstruction/repairs but everything was working just fine. Free toiletries included, good water pressure in the shower. Even though my window led to the main street, it was pretty quiet even on a Saturday night. There are some cafés, fast foods and restaurants nearby. About 15min walk to the La Défense metro station.

As it was hot an air-con would have been a bliss. Windows in my room opened to the street, which can be noisy with all the scooters and trucks. Did not see a lift. A heavy suitcase and windy stairs are not the best combo. I'm sure the staff would have helped if I've asked for help.

A nice and clean room, a little bit small. It was a good location for my needs. Basic buffet breakfast. Good for business travellers who only need a bed and rood above their heads. Particular room where I stayed would not be suitable for two. Very affordable given the location. Would stay again.

I had a single room just for the night, and it was perfect for that. The bed was comfortable, not too soft. The bathroom was clean and functional. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The area was really nice and quiet, and it's easy to reach with public transport and some walking.
