You cant drive and park at the hotel so need to park a short walk away.

Very good breakfast and great value, particularly as free for children. Location was good in terms of exploring chambery by foot.

Liked everything about it.

It is the most beautiful place. Gorgeous. Huge rooms, hogh celings and wonderful decor. Really inspiring. Wonderful breakfast. Comfy beds. Sandra was the most kind and sweet person. Communicated with us quickly and efficiently before our arrival and a great pleasure to meet in person when we got there.

Very little, as it was great. However, more than two pillows on the bed (so two people could have two Pillows each) and one of the bathroom sinks was semi-blocked. That said, his and her sinks are amazing in Europe.

Absolutely loved the place, which was tasteful and beautifully coordinated. It felt like we were stepping back in time - with the high ceilings and attention to detail in terms of the decor. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was the best I have seen in a while- cleverly set out with his and her sinks. The gowns were a decadent touch. The location could not have been better. Definitely stay here!

Nothing - loved it. It’s a walk up 2 flights of stairs but that was no problem however for some it might be.

A beautifully laid out property right in the centre of Chambéry. The hosts were amazing and unbelievably helpful. The breakfast delicious and the whole thing was excellent value for money. The apartment itself was utterly charming and absolutely worth a visit. I cannot recommend enough; a real find. Also my husband parked in the hospital car park - it had underfloor heating and piped in music.

Beautiful rooms in beautiful building. Incredible central but away from busy streets so very quiet. Great window blinds for blocking light. Comfortable bed and large bedroom and en suite

No lift (we came with a baby trolley which we had to carry up, my mother at age of 80 was struggling to walk up the stairs)

The shower over the bath had no where to fix the shower head which meant it was difficult to use as a proper shower.

We had no loo roll so messaged owners but never heard back from them. We had to go into another room to get some. We also had been asked whether and when we wanted breakfast and we told them but no one was expecting us for breakfast, making us run a bit late.

Enormous room, very French with wonderful high ceilings/windows/doors and beautiful decor. Lovely communal spaces top.

No staff- we had no hot water and no one to tell-I thought we just couldn’t figure out the shower- but the sink had no hot water either- also parking was an issue- we had to find a garage and then walk- and the building -although very central location- very hard to find the first time- and the day we were there was 90 degrees and apartment doesn’t have AC

Perhaps breakfast a little more variety, plus jam etc instead of jars empty waiting for a delivery that day and we have paid for breakfast that day.

It was hot and there was no provided fan; the streetside windows block out all sound but if it's warm and you open up, it's VERY loud. Also the shower temperature is lukewarm. They have it set so you can't click it in and go past the hottest default setting, but should bump that a bit.

Huge room, it felt like an apartment. Except a fancy aristocratic French apartment. Nice little shared kitchen. Good location. Easy check-in after hours with a code share and clear directions.

Typical french breakfast for a reasonable price. The rooms are magnificient. The bars on the street give some noise in the evening, hovever they cose at a reasonable time. This do not disturg the rooms not facing to the street (the view is not special anyway) I would suggest one of the rooms not faciing the street, General impression: Splendid, woth every penny. And the price was reasonable.
