1. Didn’t clean my room. At least housekeeping could take off garbage bin. 2. Shower hose is too short) I’m about 175 cm and had no chance to rise it above my head. So if you are 180cm+ you’ll have to take a shower on your knees:) 3. Small dimension between toilet and wall. Again, if you are 180cm+ you just don’t fit in there)

The underground carpark opposite is expensive. Paid Eur50 for 26 hours of parking.

Location is excellent for shopping and dining, only a few minutes' walk away. A good shower is important for me and they have good water pressure and a height adjustable shower head rail.

Shower sink was not working properly. There were no coffee in the room even if there was a kettle. Not a big problem for an one night stay though.

Location was good. We saw most attractions of Lyon in a 4 hour walk starting from the theater Celestines in front of the hotel. Room size was good for France. The staff was kind and helpful.

The design of the room is very nice, it has warm, new, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and linen. There were small fridge, also a kettle and tea. The staff is friendly, they has upgraded our room to a bigger one, because there were spare rooms.

The first best think about this hotel is the location which is fabulous! Walkable distant to many central attractions and great little restaurants and shops around. This is our second stay and each time the staff have been so friendly and helpful. The beds were sooo comfy. There is also an underground carpark just next to the hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child), the hotel upgraded the second room for free + they cared that the rooms were located next for each other. The rooms are very nicely decorated, new, very clean and modern both room and bathroom, very warm inside. We liked breakfast, also the location is perfect for walk around the historical center + many bars and restaurants nearby.

It was -5 degrees when we were there and there were times when the heating was not sufficient at night. This could be because the building was recently renovated. We did not mind it.

Hotel is centrally located , 10 min walking distance to Vieux Lyon and 5 minutes walking to a nice dining and shopping area. Room was recently renovated and staff was very helpful.

The location was great for what we wanted. It was close to tourist attractions, shops and cafes etc. Loved the breakfast - delicious. And the staff (reception and hospitality) were terrific. No problems with English which was appreciated.

Great location. Very nicely updated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again, but perhaps not in summer as there is no air conditioning. The hotel does not have parking but the city parking lot “Celestins” is directly opposite the hotel and has a good deal online Friday to Monday morning for 50 euros.

The blue light shining from thermostat was annoying.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Lyon on foot. Just a few hundred metres from the main shopping area, the metro and the old town. Hotel was spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. We didn't eat there so I can't comment about the food. Our room had everything we needed and was spacious. Beds were comfortable. I really recommend staying there.
