Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The gite is really well positioned to explore the Haut-Languedoc Regional National Park with its amazing geological sights and beautiful gorges. It is situated on a calm square with lovely views over the rooftops and the rooms were very comfortable. There is also a patio area with a small kitchen so drinks can be enjoyed on the terrace looking towards the mountains. The breakfast was fresh, copious and delicious and the hosts were very friendly and professional. They also run the next door restaurant L'Ochre Rouge which was also excellent. Both are to be recommended!

We had another wonderful stay at Des Lits Sur La Place. The spacious rooms are so comfortable and beautifully appointed. We also had dinner at their restaurant L'Ochre Rouge which was brilliant. The breakfast is great too with Marion's homemade jams and yoghurts.

I absolutely loved my stay here. My room was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully quiet. Everything was done thoughtfully, lovely blackout curtains so I slept really well. Breakfast was superb particularly the homemade yogurt. Lovely terrace with a view of the mountains was a happy place to relax in the evening after a full day. The propietor was approachable and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thank you for a great stay, I will be back next year.

The breakfast was very good and set out on a beautiful terrace with wonderful views. the room ,as he whole house is tastfully renovated. and the restaurant is wonderfully set out in a large ground floor room with vaulted ceilings.
