The poor flat TV on the wall ... as small as a laptop screen. Early in the morning there is a lot of activity on the street. You are better with the windows closed. If you have neighbors upstairs or in the room next to you, you can hear them walking and talking, or even locking their doors. Attention for the summer tourists: No A/C in the room. Expect the very basic. Same about the breakfast: Bread, gem, butter, coffee/tea (That's it). For 5 Euros you can have a couple of great croissants, or cream cakes and 1-2 espresso/americano at your choice just by crossing the street at one of the little pastry shops/patisseries.

We stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and good size room. Toilet and shower were perfect. Stuff was good, no complains at all about them. Subway/metro, good and fair price restaurants, pastry shop, grocery store, all just meters away from the hotel. We had a free ride from the airport. Thanks a lot for that too.

It looks like there was no AC. At the time we stayed, it was fine since it was not too warm, but during the summer I guess the room can get pretty hot.

The staff was very nice. The neighborhood was lively with a lot of option to eat in the evening, and close to the metro station. The room was very clean and comfy.

The personnel is exceptional there! Really nice people, ready to help anytime! Don't be afraid of 4th floor - it has really nice view if you will get the corner room. Very very tidy and clean - with everyday cleaning. Rooms are modest but you got there everything you need. For a breakfast you are going to get cripsy fresh baguette with butter, jam and coffee - and nothing more is needed if you are in Paris :)

The room was very basic. The shower needs a thermostatic mixer as the water constantly alternated between hot and freezing. There were some hairs in the shower. The area wasn’t great.

I suffered from two different scam attemps and I asked for assistence more than once in 3 months but I only got answered the day of the reservation. What if I changed my credit card and got my money stolen?

The place was very clean and overall well connected since there's the metro station within a few minutes. We only stayed a night but it was super useful the 24hour check in and the breakfast was offered. We really appreciated the receptionist's effort to speak english

This hotel is great value for money and well located, close to multiple metro lines. The facilities are not fancy, but they are clean and offer everything needed for a short family stay. The staff are very friendly. There are lots of great shops, restaurants and bars in the area. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The decor is quite basic

Very very sweet owner. Check in was flawless! The room was pretty big, and had a nice view to the street. It was super clean, and it was cleaned every day and with new towels everyday. Perfect location, and very good value for money!

the mattress was not the best, but also not the worst

we had a lovely stay, the hotel is very well connected with bus and metro. It's only a 20 minutes walk to Le Marais. The room was clean, and they made the room everyday during our stay. At this price it is something to value. Also, a simple breakfast was included. Again, nothing great, but for the price you pay it was a nice gesture. The staff was polite and welcoming.

It was not very good insulated indoors. I could not hear the cars but I could hear the couple from the next room or people going through the stairs. Also the floor was making weird noises when walking. I would have liked a bit of soap or shampoo in the toilet. And I had mixed feelings with the bed. It was very very soft (too much) but still I could sleep not very bad, which at the end is the most important thing :) Still is too expensive for what it is and it is only justified because other places are even more expensive :(
