Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IrelandDrinking water wasn't replaced even though we'd made 2 bookings (and linked them).
The theming was brilliant. The location was great, our block was just beside the path along the river. It was about 15mins walk to the park. The coffee machine and daily refills were much appreciated.

AustriaNo fridge in room or ice machine. Expensive restaurant. Not much atmosphere.
Shuttle bus to and from the park and train station was great. Room was fine, clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids considering we didn't spend much time in it. Cheaper pizza in the Saloon bar was a good alternative to the buffet restaurant.

United KingdomOnly stayed one night and the only dislike we had was the door into the room blocks and in the blocks are really stiff so struggled with the doors due too having a child with disabilities that uses a disability pushchair and my other two children really struggled too open the doors for me
The theme of the property is great especially if you have children that love Toy Story plenty of places too eat within the hotel and you can do meet n greet with woody or Jessie

United KingdomThe hotel as a whole you could tell hasn't been updated probably since it was opened. Everything was clean and comfortable, but it definitely felt like a budget hotel. The walls were pretty thin too, so we could clearly hear the crying baby next door. Plus, the only vegan option at any of the hotel's facilities was a fruit cup which was just sad. I know France is still slowly catching on to the plant-based train, but I thought Disney would've been a bit more accommodating. Thank God we packed lunch and breakfast for ourselves before we got there.
The hotel was very cute and on-theme, the staff were lovely, and the bus system that takes you to/from the train station and park ran every five minutes which was great! Check-in was easy and the bed was very comfortable too.

IrelandI have a fussy eater, so after paying for the buffet he didn't really like anything. He had the steak but it was very tough. If they put on burgers or chicken goujons it would have been perfect!
The location was super! 7mins walk into the park. The place is absolutely spotless, both the hotel and the grounds of it. Having the magic hours to get into the park before the general public was fantastic! Would defo recommend and return again. We were there for 6 nights in total and dined at the buffet 1 night. We went to the parks for 3 days, 2 days into Paris & 1 day at Sealife in Val d'Europe

United KingdomFeathered pillows are a no from us, but we did find alternatives in the drawers. The hairdryer is one attached to the wall in the bathroom and isn't very good. The hotel didn't replenish the water or tea/ coffee and none of the 4 keys were working by the end of our trip.
Location of hotel was fantastic and the shuttle bus comes every 10 minutes to take you to the park and was never too busy, (although we went off peak in Feb). The rooms are basic, but you get a kettle. I think you get a bit more than what you pay for due to location alone (if you are specifically staying to visit Disneyland Paris). The Starbucks in the hotel was handy and we ate in the restaurant on the last evening which was very nice, great choices for kids and adults (buffet style). Check-in was smooth and informative. You appreciate the extra 'magic hour' in the mornings you get in the park for staying at this hotel, means you can tackle some of the larger queues before the public arrive.

United KingdomNothing I didn’t like, really. It was quite busy in the morning but that’s a given for Disneyland.
We arrived quite late, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the bed really comfortable. The room was the perfect temperature for a good sleep and there was even a coffee machine. Of course, the theme of the hotel and the rooms is beautifully done and so much fun for kids and grown ups alike. Loved it!
