Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFacilities I was shocked to find no hair dryer or iron in the room and considering you pay for every experience separately i did feel the room was slightly overpriced.
We had an amazing time based on the experience and location. Staff Some reception staff just didn't have the right customer service skills you expect but we chose to walk away as it wouldn't be fair to the characters, shop, restaurant/bar, cleaning and concierge treams that were impeccable and really did go out of thier way to build the magical memories the hotel promises thankyou! Food We dined at the Royal banquet and the food and experience was unforgettable and well worth the money. Experience My dream makeover, character dining and princess encounters were amazing, my LO felt extra special as they were greeted as royalty for the whole stay.l Location and price You pay for being at the door step to Disneyland and the detail of the hotel decor was perfect.

United StatesWhen you had to come back at 3pm to get your room number there was no line for just room numbers so you had to wait with everyone checking in. A lot of people checking in ask a lot of questions so it took a long time in line to get the room number.

The location is prime, just a few steps from the park entrance and also very close to the train station. This was super helpful as we had come by train from London. Reception is a bit busy but there is a sufficient number of always-smiling staff to offer help. Stayed in a family room which should be enough for a small family. Free performances by different Disney characters take place regularly in the lobby and around the hotel. All in all it was a magnificent experience!

United StatesRude person at check-in. Not the person who checked us in. We arrived about 9:00 am and were told we could come back at 3:00 to get our room. I left the park and came in at 2:40. I was told my room was not ready and it would be after 3:00. I asked how long after 3:00 and she rudely stated “after 3:00”. In speaking with another guest waiting for their room they were upset also.

BelgiumBaggage service catastrophic- we waited almost three hours for our bags to be delivered, called reception desk three times and finally gave up and went to the park (we only had an hour left for the rides and my daughter had her plastic princess shoes on as her other shoes were in the bags, my wife also wanted to change high heels for comfy shoes and a warmer jacket, also in the bags). Jacuzzi not in service, car park: we stood there for 20 minutes, no one approached to ask to take the car, check us in, etc. Had to insist to get the car parked- much confusion everywhere no one seems informed or efficacious, light in the entryway in our room blinked on and off all night, a staff member didn't know that the pool provided towels so we schlepped five towels with us from the room, the first contact at the reception desk was very cold and even disdainful, took three people to tell us where the ice machine was (very poorly signposted)
Staff generally friendly, successful renovation, Royal Kids Club interactive tablet a big hit with our kids, meeting with princesses super, room decor and amenities high quality, breakfast delicious but noisy (staff member banging on something for lunch meal)

United Kingdomok ill keep it as simple as possible , everything is pre paid , so for example breakfast , is pre paid before your allowed in for breakfast , then when it doesn't go well and you may complain , the staff say there is nothing the Hotel staff can do , you have to email , yes email Disney , which then turns out a very difficult email to obtain , just ask yourself of another Hotel chain that operates such a pathetic system , this is though for everything , so if you wish to book an experience for your children and are dis-satisfied , again email is the only way forward , id guess its an american owned business ruling with an iron rod , on their foreign operations
