Monotonous and expensive breakfast without fresh vegetables and fruits. Poor choice of dishes in the bar.

Quiet, tranquil nature setting on a water canal, where one can relax after fussy hectic days in the Disney. Nice gym and a swimming pool with a slide and jacuzzi. Proximity to the Disney. Easy and fast access to the outlet village. Good shuttle service. The receptionists Giulia and Jovani were the best.

Rooms are dated but fine. Toilet clogged up with first flush upon arrival. Meet and greet with character was just finishing up and we were only people in area asking for a photo with character and were told no.. just felt as though a ten second photo could have been accommodated. The check in was a bit OTT had to fill in form with all guests details even the children.

Location to Disney was as good as you can get. Beds were pretty comfortable

The rooms are run down. I opened up a cupboard under the sink and the door fell off, it was not screwed in. There are scratchtes and dints in the walls at ground level. Its run down. But the shower etc were very good.

The location and theme is great! You really have the Disney experience. The rooms are not massive but they are big enough and there are very good restaurants on premises.

The lift from floor 1 to reception was very small for people with wheelchair or pushchairs and was very busy at times

Bedrooms a little dated (needs the refurb that’s coming) beds were a little hard but didn’t bother us too much - too tired! But not comfy. Also needs charging ports near the beds. Generally good though.

It was a long walk to our room from reception and when we arrived the keycard didn’t work. So I had to trek back to reception but they did sort it out straight away.

Walking distance (or quick and free bus transfer) to Disney parks. Great that you get an hour ‘golden time’ access for Disney hotel guests before regular opening hours. Both the luggage storage and luggage transfer service to station (for fee) was very handy to enjoy the parks fully on check in and check out day.

The only thing I strongly disliked about the hotel which made zero sense, was the lack of content on the TV for children given it’s a Disney operated hotel. It would have been fantastic to have a selection of Disney films pre-loaded on to the TV to keep the children entertained after the parks close. Such a small thing that could be easily implemented and would make such a huge improvement. Myself, and my two children came back to the room on multiple occasions on an evening feeling very nostalgic about the shows and rides we had experienced during the day, it would of been great to finish such a special day with the ability to watch Ratatouille, Lion King on the evening. I think this fact would stop me staying again, two exited children with nothing to do or watch on the evening was disappointing.

The property was kept to a high standard in terms of cleanliness, the room cleaners are very trustworthy; one of my children left an iPad on the floor and it was left on top of the bed after the daily room clean. Great that the small on-site shop stays open until late allowing those late night snacks and treats for the children. The staff were fantastic, very polite, approachable, and professional.

Really nice hotel within Disney Park while decor is dated it’s clean and comfortable staff were all really helpful both my children are Autistic and everyone was very accommodating. Swimming pool staff very nice pool was slightly cold but jacuzzi was fab!! Rooms cleaned and beds made everyday we stayed in main hotel so everything within close proximity Shuttle bus was great never waited more than 2 mins

The hotel is dated, but is due for a refurb soon. The room was a long walk from the entrance. Housekeeping did not vaccum the room when cleaning.

Loved the size of the room and view over the lake. The rooms now have tea/coffee making facilities. The beds are super comfortable. I love the bar, the good was great and the service. Staff really friendly and did a great job. Location is perfect for the parks, just a 10 minute walk.

The room was never cleaned properly. Glasses stained with red wine put back. We were greeted with dirty toilet paper on the bedroom floor when we arrived so requested a room change.

Decor was outdated. We also used the swimming pool facilities and they were old towels lying around everywhere and the pool water was far too cold.

There was nothing we did not like, and as mentioned already Sequoia is up next for a total refurb.

As frequent and seasoned visitors to Disneyland Paris, this was our second visit to Sequoia and a good way cost-wise, to extend our trip. We arrived the day before our already booked Disney hotel and park ticket package. The team at Disney linked the two bookings and obviously we stayed in the same room for our four days. For us, it meant we could relax on our first day after early morning travel, use the pool/spa and other facilities. Next morning we were then on the Disney package, refreshed and ready to hit the parks for Magic Hour. Location was great, 5 mins to Disney Village, 10 mins to Marne le Vallee Chessy train station and both parks. Room was warm and comfortable with two double beds, house keeping attended each day. The kettle, coffee machine (pods) and water was very welcomed. Bar and restaurant clean and cosy. Buffet breakfast and dinner very good, lots of choice and dietary available upon request. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. Yes I agree that Sequoia is a little tired in places, but it’s common knowledge that they are due a complete refurbishment later this year/2025. The staff were happy and excited to tell us all about the future plans. Although bathrooms/corridors may seem a little dated, they were nevertheless clean, tidy and functional. Will be interesting to see the new Sequoia in a couple of years. Would we visit again? Absolutely! For January Booking.com offered a very favourable price (especially if booked well in advance). Lots of tips and blogs online for a successful and fun experience at DLP, but can’t stress enough that the key to everything at Disney is planning!!

There was only one lift down to the restaurant which could be a bit of a pain with a buggy. Needs a bit of updating but renovations are in place.

Loved the theme and location . Rooms were a great size, kettle and coffee machine were fab especially with it being so cold outside. The breakfast had a great selection and plenty of lovely food. We also ate in the bar one night and were pleasantly surprised by the huge sandwiches they were delicious! The little kids play area was a big hit with my three year old and let her have some chill time colouring in.

Room decoration is a bit dated, like most Disney hotels, without a mini fridge. Parking was a little far from the reception and it was freezing cold outside. No lunch options inside the hotel, but a few restaurants nearby, so that's oaky. And pricy, but that's also expected from a Disney hotel.

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room, close to restaurants and shots and only a 10 minute walk from the park. Very convenient, especially with kids. Bouffet dinner and breakfast were delicious.
