We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Superb experience in a wine domain with a lot of history! Lovely staff, fine breakfast, outstanding facilities (pool , spa , fitness, restaurants, …) excellent base to discover the wide area. Ask staff about Montpellier, nightlife, dining and more and they will oblige!!

ItalyThe phones.. before you speak with anyone you have to listen to a long winded prerecorded message, the same in the hotel when you call reception .. quite frustrating . Difficult to find on maps using the link , partly due to roadworks nearby …maps took us all over town. Was advised by the hotel to use the app Waze !

United KingdomWe couldn’t get a drink when we arrived late in the afternoon! The bar and restaurant area was shut for an event and there wasn’t anywhere else for an aperitif. For dinner we ate in the fine dining restaurant (it was the only option we had) which was expensive but the food was plentiful and delicious.
Luxurious hotel in a vineyard, with a spa, pool, sauna etc. Perfect after a long journey. Food was excellent, if a little expensive.

United StatesI liked everything including the gym. I grabbed a yoga mat and did morning yoga in the rose garden. I'll use the spa next time as no time on this visit.
The grounds are impeccably kept and it feels like a fantasy to walk around the property at night. It was Fall so the many plants were dormant but I can only imagine how lovely it will be in the Spring/Summer. The breakfast room was beautiful and the cappuccino perfectly prepared! Servers were lovely and very neat. There was a complimentary bottle of Rose given to us which is always a nice touch. The service at the bar was a little slow prior to dinner but the dining experience was very nice. We had a large group seated next to us that was loud and asked to be moved and were discretely relocated. I had a pasta with shaved truffles and it was impressive and delicious. The gastronomic restaurant was not open when we stayed but is another reason to return in the future. Very good value for the money.

SwitzerlandThe location was great, just outside the city near a modern suberb. There are vinyards around. Most of the rooms are in several tastefully designed buildings situated around the original house. There's a lovely garden. The spa, pools and the 'La Plage' restaurant are also separate and nicely designed. We had two dinners in La Plage, both excellent, with very good service. We had one dinner in the Marcelle restaurant which was exceptional - each of the five courses was imaginative, perfectly prepared and thoughtfully presented. We had wine pairing which was very good, with helpful explanations from the sommelier.

United StatesIt was a rainy period and mosquitos kept flying into the room when the door opened- and biting us. Reception gave us a Citronella infuser, which helped a bit. The AC for property was turned off for winter while we were there, creating very warm nights in the room.
The Spa is fabulous and we spent a lot of time there. The grounds are lovely. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff were very helpful.
