We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyToilet and sinks were in two different rooms on opposite sides of the apartment. The tea boiler didn't work (but we didn't ask for a replacement). The WiFi stopped working the second day we were there.
Located in a beautiful and queit park. Large cottage with three bedrooms for a very affordable price. Swimming pool, gym and sport fields available. The staff is nice and helpful. Parking spot included and close to the door. Docks for river boats at a walking distance.

We had a large bedroom with a great bathroom with powerful shower. Food was excellent with a good choice. A very good and varied breakfast table. The hotel was close to the town centre and easily accessible to main roads.

I would you should ignore any comments older than 2 years as a new couple have taken this over and it is totally transformed from what some old comments seem to suggest. We had one of the cottages and it was brilliant. So well laid out and with equipment you could actually live there we felt, spotlessly clean. Great tennis court, and swimming pool. It is in big grounds so you have space and not disturbed by traffic at all. It is about 10 mins downhill into the lovely town and to the Loire. Good restaurants locally but we ate in during the evenings lots as loved the little kitchen.

FranceCleaning wasn’t as I had expected and we saw some strange solutions for plumbing, TV installation etc. Fitness room was very basic - and hardly usable.
The location is amazing and staying in one of the cottages was a very good decision when travelling with children. Well equipped kitchen and all the facilities we needed. Breakfast at the restaurant was very nice too - though far from the best I’ve tried in other hotels at similar price. The parc surrounding the hotel is truly spectacular.

United KingdomWe booked a supposedly 4 star , had a cottage it was terrible and smelt , especially the bathroom , it wasn’t that clean , the duvet was stained and the settee had a cover on it to hide the fact that it was dirty . There were hairs in the shower . I complained and the receptionist was excellent in trying to sort . I asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere she would have sorted but needed approval from her boss who didn’t have the decency to come out but said basically that it was tough luck and they needed the occupancy and would not authorise the refund on booking . The WiFi didn’t work . It was Kate so we had no choice having spent £160 for a cottage that I wouldn’t put my dog in . Very disappointing service from the manager and the receptionist was extremely embarrassed. Not even an offer of a partial refund or even a breakfast . Stay away from this hotel at all costs
