Everything, the apartment location was perfect. Close to the metro, restaurants in abundance and small supermarkets just a few minutes away. Just perfect in every way and it’s like coming home to your own little apartment. So French with white shutters etc. Perfect. The host was very helpful.

Never having used an induction cook top, we apparently needed more information than was provided. We never could get it to work, but fortunately there was a microwave as well.

The apartment looked just like the photos. The location was wonderful - close to the metro, restaurants and shops, all in beautiful Old Lyon. The only drawback was that the location's popularity meant a fair amount of noise until around midnight on Friday and Saturday. Alexandra provided lots of brochures and a notebook with information about the apartment's amenities, which we very much appreciated.

Everything was great. Americans will say the bathroom is small, but that's France.

Good communication, Alexandra was very helpful! Apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures. While we were there, there was construction going on, but it was not noisy at all and I was informed beforehand and got a 5% discount. Fan was great because it gets hot in July.

It was a little small and at late notice we were told there building renovation going on which meant there was scafolding around the entire building. A small discount didnot really offset the disappointment

It was in a really cool part of old Lyon. Really close to the metro and Funicular. There were soo many restaurants within 200 metres. It was really clean and super comfy bed. It looked like it had been recently renovated. The stairs were fantastic. Loved it.

The stay was too short!

Location was perfect. Close to the bouchons, and the funicular and the metro, short walk to everywhere! Accommodation warm and comfortable in the middle of winter. Lovely heritage building, with high ceilings and great light. No street noises at night. No problems whatsoever. Everything you needed was supplied.

There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan provided.

The kitchen was provided with utensils for cooking, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space of the flat was very efficiently used.

Foam mattress was a bit thin for me (85kg man). Be prepared to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs (I won't say this is a bad feature though, it's completely normal in much of Europe with older buildings). We stayed during a heatwave (36C in the day), no aircon so we sweltered at night.. I'm sure there's only a few weeks of the year this would be a problem though.

Beautifully finished. Washing machine and good little kitchen would have made it easy to stay for longer in. Location can't be beaten if you're wanting to stay in Vieux (Old) Lyon (main tourist area). Safe, modern & clean public underground carpark was extremely close, maybe 150m walk at the most.

There are two beds. Double bed is smaller than the usual size. Sofa is not comfortable for a bed usage. It is not flat, waving and small. I do not recommend visitors more than 2 people. Towels are not soft enough. Kitchen equipments also needs to be changed especially kettle(molded), pans(including many lines). Cups&plates&forks&knives are ok.

Landlord is so helpful and kind. Mainly flat is clean and warm enough. Bed sheets are clean. The location is very good. Easy access to metro and center. It is a small flat in an old apartmant but we know it and it is not a problem.

The apartment is reached through a dark hallway where the rubbish bins are stored. As you have to walk two flights of stairs with luggage it is perhaps not suited to older people,  particularly as the stairs are uneven. The apartment itself is perhaps adequate for a short stay; however, the toilet room and the shower room are tiny ... a normal size person barely fits into the room with the toilet. Lastly, the heating is controlled remotely by the owner. We had to ask her to increase the heat, but the increase was inadequate and only lasted a short time. For most of our time there, we had only intermittent heat from one small radiator. It was cold. Would I stay there again? No

The best thing about this property is the location. It's in the Old Town and right beside a Metro station.

If you have a car we found it difficult to find car parking near the apartment during the day. No problem in the evening. Don't pack heavy luggage as there is two flights of stairs to carry it up. The shower and toilet facilities are in small rooms so would not be suitable for large people.

Great location and the host was very helpful. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a longer stay, or for self catering (eg fridge, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, washing machine).
