I honestly can't think of anything negative. No issues encountered, lovely people to do business with.

My partner uses crutches to get around; I let the host know in advance & requested a ground floor room, (non-existant). Pierre bent over backwards to get us into what I would call an enormous, "very French" first floor room, at no extra cost; what a star! The hotel is in the centre of the city, (as the name suggests), & is very close to the main car park, (discount ticket provided by the host), with many other shops, including an Auchan, nearby. Françoise is a delight to do business with; such a kind, helpful person. I would definitely stay here again. Great restaurant nearby with proper cuisine relating to the area.

Wi-Fi was very unstable, I had to use mobile internet for Zoom meeting. No glasses, water or tea in the room (it would be nice to have these little details that increase the comfort level). Bad sound isolation in the room.

Great location and great price. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town centre and only a 12mins walk to the station. The room was comfortable and clean and Francoise who runs the hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again.

There were some noisy people in the streets after midnight. Once they moved on, we had a good sleep.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, well located near the town square. Comfortable beds. We received an email with good instructions for where to park. It was then a short walk to the hotel.

A charming small hotel right in the centre of the town. Facilities were not modern but were in working order and that actually added the style. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed over the weekend, so it got a little bit noisy from the bars later in the evening. There is no AC, so the room got a little bit hot in August when we stayed. There was a fan to cool us down. These are just minor details. The overal experience was very possitive.

Fantastic location which makes it great value for money. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and if you end up in the room on the top floor, you will get a very nice view. The room has the authentic charm. The staff was very nice.

A man checked us out and was yelling through the hotel room demanding we need to pay but we had already paid. Unnecessary and unprofessional.

there is no lift in the hotel. The room was on the 3rd floor and a suitcase would have been a challenge. Older people with mobility problems will struggle. The rooms are in need of some maintenance and painting but it was all clean. It was a hot summer day and the room didn't cool down during the night. An air con would have been nice.

The location is great, in the middle of the town, surrounded by many (mostly Italian) restaurants. Nice greeting at the reception. The room was spacious and the mattress was nice and comfy. The rate was good which made me accept some of the things that might not have been too good.

For the breakfast it was great, a lot to eat, but would have been better to ask what we like (too much sugary foods). However we really appreciated and were touched by the fact that the staff gets the breakfast early in the morning and prepares it with care.

The staff was SO kind and helpful. Wonderful location and great value. Small bathroom but comfortable room. Breakfast was tasty (bread, butter, jam, cream cheese, croissant, warm/ cold drinks, yogurt, fruit, cereal). It is downtown. my fiancé said he could hear people being loud, but I slept through it and it didn’t bother me

Excellent locations - close to the bars, restaurants, shops, and sights! Amazing breakfast every morning made by the very friendly staff!
