Beautiful location right on the lake, lovely clean and nicely decorated rooms (bed was super comfy). Loved the relaxed atmosphere. Food at dinner was amazing both nights. Breakfast is nice but nothing special - just a good simple continental offer.

Couldn’t fault anything.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and modern and the location was very picturesque and peaceful. The standard of food was also excellent with a great continental breakfast and the Sunday dinner was superb. And the drinks choices and cocktails were fabulous as well.

Everything was great - self service but staff on hand should you require anything

Simple offering but really nice. Loved the overnight oats and granola, all really fresh and loved the local breads and homemade jams. Great selection of meat, cheeses and fruit.

Breakfast didn’t start till 8am (Some days we wanted to leave earlier than this to travel up to Avoriaz to ski and we had breakfast included)

We did have noisy folks in the room above us who seemed to be working out/packing suitcases until the early hours a couple of nights on the trot. Just a bit unfortunate I think - not the hotel's fault! I'd advise asking for a top floor room for ultimate views and nobody above!

Hotel was excellent. Amazing service, friendly, helpful, cosy with absolutely beautiful food and incredible cocktails made by Amandine and Remy. We felt like part of a big family. Location is also beautiful - right on the lake. We walked around it and had a dip too - perfect after a full day skiing.

Would of loved to have a t.v in the room. There are 2 in the lounge rooms downstairs but when you've been out all day and don't drink you just want to relax in your room so we were quite disappointed,found it tricky drying my hair as the socket is next to your bed and not at the dressing table also the duvet was very flimsy quite a low tog considering its winter so had to keep turning the wall heater on at night

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, with stunning views and great access to the nearby towns with regular free shuttle buses

If picky, breakfast often had something run out, for which you needed to ask (but happily refilled). Suggested on leaving that they should provide at breakfast a DIY toaster and DIY egg boiler for guests' use - pretty basic ... otherwise breakfast was decent and plentiful (not cooked). A fresh fruit salad pre-prepared for breakfast would also have been nice, rather than having to chop up fruit oneself...

Clean, stylish, comfortable property. Room and bed comfortable, good shower, balcony with pretty lake view. Nice location (out of town), adjacent to lake. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, on reception, in restaurant and bar and around the hotel. Restaurant evening menu limited but good - v nice Sunday roast! Free public bus service to town and pistes, stopping outside.

I suppose I'd have liked a sauna...

Really good value compared to places resorts proper - my advice would be though - rent a hire car, because then you are free to commute to Ardent lift whenever you like, without waiting for a bus, which could be full. And at Ardent, parking is plentiful and free. Also the breakfast is continental - but really nice. Lovely meats and cheese from a local farm. Staff all friendly.

The whole team of staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The setting is great, really nice set up of the bar, lounge and restaurant area.

Rooms were lovely but struggled with a shortage of storage . It was a ski holiday to be fair so had a lot of stuff! Boot room was useful . As we were peak season we needed to get an early bus to Ardent lift to avoid queues . Slightly hampered. By breakfast not being available until 8. Usually this would be fine but the buses were full and the lift queues long by 830!

Great location for reaching Ardent lift. Really nice property . Staff were friendly and helpful . Food was wonderful . Cocktails were awesome!
