The room was clean, basic and functional but seemed expensive for the standard but I’d you look at comparable prices in the area it is good value.

Beautiful garden and restaurant looked nice but I didn’t use it. The room was exceptionally clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Yea and coffee making facilities.

The hallways had a bit of a damp smell, and the room decor is a but dated, but clean and comfortable. Nothing that would stop me from going again.

the building is old and characterful but the rooms where sparse and you felt if your in a tired 70s hotel . it was a disappointment when we entered the room , no character . we did stay in Jan so cold and took along time to get the room warmish but that was almost expected as key business is in the summer

The hotel was really well located in the heart of the ville and the service was nice as all the team were smiling. But our room had no airconditioning as it was not working and that made our stay passable as we were not able to sleep at night because it was super hot. We informed this to one of the personnel but nothing was done. The shower also has mold on the walls, the room was not cleaned properly, and we did not have shampoo and soap for the 3 days we stayed there, they just provided for just overnight stay and for 1 person and we were two. The breakfast was not appealing for 12 euros and the dinner was not cooked properly (my friend ordered burger and the steak was cold and raw and the bread too). So even if the hotel is in good location with parking, the services let it down big time.

I had booked an accommodation and when I got to the hotel, there was nobody there. No personnel, nobody to contact, no reception, no room. I waited and tried anything possible, but the hotel was simply deserted. I still have not got my money back. They took the money and left me standing in the middle of a foreign country, in the evening, with no room and no chance to get the room I booked and had already paid for. You would think this situation is bad enough - booking a room online, paying immediately online, but finding a deserted hotel when going there. But no: I DID NOT EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK. THE HOTEL NEVER REACTED. BOOKING.COM SIMPLY SAID, BAD LUCK, WE HAVE GOT A SENTENCE IN OUR POLICIES THAT WE ARE NOT OBLIGED TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK IN CASES LIKE THIS. So I learned my lesson. Booking.com lost me as a customer and this hotel is simply not recommendable if you do not want to end up giving them your money without getting anything in return. Terrible experience.

Location is excellent and easy walking distance to everything in the city. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend and will still there again in the future.

Very very poor. The hotel version of being catfished… don’t know where the bedrooms in the photos are but ours couldn’t look any more different. Bedroom and bathroom were filthy, stains all over the bedding / towels, dirty toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. Outside area littered with dirty glasses and plates and not moved all day / evening. For the money paid we feel robbed!

Room was loud and lacked a qualitative feel. Water pressure in the shower not sufficient, the hot water went cold rather quickly. Breakfast was below average, even though it was served/presented in a really nice way (nice cannisters, good looking plates). This goes for the whole hotel: looks great, but poor attention to detail and in the end that means it doesn't deliver. All in all: overpriced, this goes for the rooms as well as the restaurant (and food).

Great location. The private parking is very secure and easy to access. Staff is friendly. Restaurant and hotel look great.
