The walls aren’t thick, so better not to have loud neighbors. On the streets near are some homeless people, but nothing big to worry about. I was a solo female traveler and didn’t face any issues.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable and clean room. Some equipment might be older, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. Worth of its money.

As a non-smoker, you could smell the cigarette smoke wafting in under the door of an evening, but it was nothing that an open wi dow or the aircon couldn't resolve. The matress does need to be replaced. The huge indent where everyone tends to sleep gives it away.

The staff were friendly and obliging. The location was really as good as it gets - literally a 30-second walk from Notre Dame and a five- to ten-minute walk to restaurants and the beach. There is little to do in Nice, but this is typical of any oceanside city. The accommodation was typical of French size, but it had everything you needed. An ensuite, bed, and kitchenette. I'd happily stay here again.

The room looked old and dirty, even if it wasn’t dirty to say the truth. It was hot although we kept the windows open. The bed was uncomfortable . There was a kettle, but no complimentary coffee or tea bags.

Nothing they could do about it but it is a little sketchy outside some homelessness, but other than that it was good and had no complaints.

Very close to the city center. The owners and staff were very nice and welcoming. Clean and spacious enough for one even 2 people. It was clean and in nice order for the price I paid.

Streets can be a bit noisy and a little shady at night. Sockets not in the best place if you like to use phone at night.

Room is decent sized and even has a stove where you can do your own cooking. Air-conditioner works well. Very near tram station and to Nice beach and old town.

there are homeless people gathering within 100 meters of the hotel entrance. There were no quilts, only blankets, and it was very cold at night. The sound insulation is not good, there is almost no wireless network available. The signal is very poor

The location was fabulous near all amenities walking distance to beach and right in the heart of shopping area. Railway station nearby. Howeve rthe room was very small but all amenities were available.

Close to station and tramline. Had a lift. Very nicely renovated. Pretty pictures on the staircase walls and in room. Kettle and microwave available in room. The person at the reception desk was very friendly and welcoming.

There was no plate to eat something. Cleaning service is not free (10€). Walls are really thin and noise from outside and from other rooms can wake you up at night

Location is great, 15 minutes to the seaside, 5-10 min to the train station. Fridge, microwave and kettle in the room, so you can make breakfast. A lot of shelfs and hangers to put your stuff

It's a 1 star hotel, so don't expect too much. The staff was very friendly. For a short term stay it's fine, but I wouldn't book a 2 week vacation here.

The room is very small, but i think its reasonably priced. The bathroom has no door, only a curtain.

Nothing to think of

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. It's in a good location, Rue Emma et Philippe Tiranty - just by the FNAC store It's clean, with a comfortable bed and a sml kitchette feature - that allows you to make your own breakfast - which saves a lot of money on buying breakfast at a cafe or hotel breakfast room. The aircon is efficient and quiet. The bathroom is well equipped and not too small. The Wi-Fi is good. The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful and will look after your bags on your check out day. I would definitely always consider this hotel for a stay in Nice. It's a basic, no frills hotel - probably not suitable for a romantic weekend - but for a purely practical stay it's good value. I use it - when I travel to Nice/Cote D'azur to go cycling - so don't want an expensive hotel - as will not be there enough.
