There was no indoor bar or lounge in which to relax in the hotel.

The reception staff were fantastic,so helpful.....they gave me great information about anything I enquired about. They booked taxis for me and gave great recommendations about places to visit etc. My bedroom was always perfectly cleanly.

We had a very large vibration within the wall that shook the walls-all day until 11pm at night . When we complained to the front desk, they said it was from the ventilation of the restaurant attached to the hotel. The other problem was the strong smell of fish- mixed with sewer when the windows were open. It came up from the ventilation by the front door which came right up to our window. We again complained about this - the front desk said there was nothing g they could do- we had to just use the air conditioner and not open the window.

Location was great, free bike storage a few streets away was very secure- lots of codes and keys to get into hotel, room and bike storage. Very clean room with amazing views. Staff were very nice.

The entrance has a really strong smell of rotting fish (I guess from the restaurants that surround it) plus super loud delivery men that start at 7am just underneath our window.

Breakfast was in a small room, I just think food provided was really tight for the cost.

Two options of breakfast. The breakfast is served to you, so you cannot sneak a wee extra croissant It was basic. Lovely clean room, immaculate clean. Good location. Comfy bed.

Quiet Room in the centre of St. Martin. Convenient for the port, restaurants, etc. Helpful staff. We only stayed one night but everything was perfect for our stay

We had 2 rooms, one at the back with a courtyard view. This was great as it had 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom that suited our needs perfectly as a family with 3 children.

A bit pricey but I guess it was August.

Great location. Quite small rooms but it’s about getting out and about here. Good a/c. Nice welcome and easy out of hours access. We didn’t have breakfast.

Super location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had a family room overlooking the port. Very spacious, lovely decor and newly renovated bathroom. The kids loved the mezzanine floor with their 2 single beds - very cute and cozy!

The access to the hotel was difficult. The free parking is a good 15/20 minute walk. Travelling with an elderly lady we found it tricky getting her close to the hotel. This would not be such a problem if you only wanted to stay around the port. The hotel made this clear to us when we arrived and we are sure it affects most of the hotels in the port.

The room was well thought out with good lighting, plug points etc. The hotel staff were very pleasant.

There is an unpleasant smell as you enter the hotel. It is apparently from the adjoining restaurant. Luckily it did not affect us on the 2nd floor.
