The location was fantastic and private parking was a real plus. The host communicated a lot of information but neglected to tell us where the parking was actually located (told us how to get into the gate but not where the gate was so we stood at the front door until another tennent showed up and explained). Also told us how to get into the building but not which apt it was. Two key pieces of information that were missing. HOWEVER, she responded instantly when we called and got us sorted out. She kindly also gave us restaurant recommendations, which we appreciated.

No real problems with this apartment! Matresses are a bit soft. If you have a really big car, more than 5.5m length and 2.2m width, getting to and into the parking spot might become impossible.

Instructions (precisely 24hours in advance) were clear and complete - perfectly organized. You can check-in autonomously, and it works. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. This includes detergent for dish washer and washing machine, and coffee capsules. Wifi is fine, the A/C was functioning as well. And the private parking spot is secure and right at the back door of the building. We will try to book again when returning to Avignon.

It’s hard to think of. Everything was perfect. Probably a little higher price. But it worth it.

Great place in a perfect location! Had everything we needed with a washer in case you needed to do laundry during your trip. Host left some thoughtful touches. Secure parking if you have a car.

The shower in the tub was awkward to use comfortably for taller people such as us, however really was fine.

Ruby’s place was great for our stay in Avignon for 3 days. It was a welcome relief from the hotel stays as it provided the space we needed to unwind and the location was superb!

Nothing comes to mind. Would just point out that because of the two story design - it has low ceiling in part of first floor and all of the loft and shower. So if you are much over 6ft tall - could be a problem. No problem for us. Wish we could have met Ruby in person.

The apartment was wonderfully appointed. - spotlessly clean and well kept. The communication from Ruby was extraordinary, extremely prompt and detailed. Parking was great and very secure - which was a main driver for our decision to stay here.

The host is helpful, friendly, responsive and altogether charming. She has thought of everything. The apartment is great (close to everything, but quiet) and the spa tops it off. We can’t wait to come back.

The owner provided detailed instructions with pictures. It was keyless entry. Owner met us at the property to show us how to work the keyless entry. That was exceptional and well appreciated!

Unfortunately we did not see the hostess. Although she could always be reached by telephone, we would have liked a personal introduction. The apartment is very modern, high tech everywhere, there is even a big jacuzzi. But opening the doors, opening the gate to the (free) parking lot, etc... The data sent to us via SMS or whatsapp was complicated for people who are not familiar with the latest achievements of the IT world.

The property is one of a few apartment that provides on site parking space in the city centre. This is a big advantage as many of the public car parks in Avignon are dirty, narrow and expensive. The property is newly renovated, so everything is new, modern and cozy. The host is very helpful and friendly. She contacted me almost everyday to check if I need any assistance and provided useful guiding information about where to dine and visit.

Everything worked brilliantly - The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We had no problems at all, but she helped us find local amenities etc. The apartment is super-cute and comfortable for a couple or family with two children (sofa bed). It’s located perfectly for enjoying Avignon. We will definitely stay again!
