Tiny narrow lift

The location was great as so clean and close to many Boulangeries and restaurants. Metro was within walking distance to many attractions. Eiffel Tower was in street view as soon as you step out of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any request.

The internet always gets disconnected. They keep a deposit of 100 euro until you check out.

Not enough soap & toilet paper, no wash cloths. Everything else was great. Enjoyed myself.. Staff were very attentive , helpful, and friendly. Took there time with the guest needs. Breakfast was delicious...

- thin walls, you can hear the neighbours. - during our stay of three days the cleaning person knocked twice on our door at 9 in the morning to know if they could clean to room. 9 is a bit early to be disturbing people who are on a holiday. On our last day the person could have waited until we had checked out. - it is expensive for what you get. The view is great but the room is not worth that much money.

- The view is truly amazing. We had a balcony with view on the Eifel Tower. The street is impressive also. - Great location. It is right next to the metro and train. In between the champs Elysees and the Eifel Tower. Really nice neighbourhood with cafés and restaurants. - easy check in and check-out. - room was clean as was the bathroom

Guests were knocking on our walls in the middle of the night.

Close to restaurants and you see the Eiffel tower from it. The female staff was friendlier and more helpful.

The Wi-Fi was very poor and frustrating as signal dropped so was challenging planning your day trip and booking events using the Wi-Fi

The room is small. Can't sit on the balcony we can just stand and watch The Eiffel Tower.

Breakfast is good. The room is small but has a Great Eiffel Tower view from the balcony, The Room is well-cleaned by the staff. Uber and Uber Eats worked great for us.

Room very hot, on ground floor but had to sleep with window open each night. Could be noisy at times with other guests. Had to pay £100\€100 holding fee which I didn't see indicated on Booking.com. Reception said it would be paid back within 24 hours so will check later. Make sure you pre-book a taxi on Booking.com as we picked one up from the train station and it cost €70, bit of a con, but you live and learn but £28 on way back and driver was really nice so tipped him.

It was close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe Lots of nice bars and eating areas minutes away. Had room on ground floor so this was good. Nice court yard area.

Room was a bit small but city standards. The shelf behind the bed made it impossible to sit up and watch the TV in the morning/night. Banged my head several times. Sounds petty but the baguettes weren't fresh in the morning.

Very well located for metro and sight seeing. Breakfast was lovely, fresh meats, cereals, yoghurts, fruit salad and plenty of juice, pastries etc. Could not say anything bad about the place and would consider staying there again the next time we are in paris

The only negative is the decor & carpet in passage way & room was quite tired.

We were delightfully surprised our room was .much bigger than we expected. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were friendly & helpful especially Victor who tendered to any need we required. Location was excellent with walking distance to Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomph.
