Cleaning of the room could improve and friendliness of some of the staff. The ladies in the reception was outstanding and very helpful.

I liked everything.

We had an excellent stay, beautiful hotel in a perfect seafront location.Staff is very kind and helpful, the suite we stayed in was huge and very clean and very comfortable . Breakfast was very good.Pool area maybe a bit small, but not crowded so we had a lovely relaxing time there.

Everything was fine, very recommendable.

Beautiful hotel with quite good situation near the front of the port. The castle is at a walking distance as well as lots of restaurants and market. Very friendly staff. We parked the car inside the hotel closed to our room that was in the main courtyard. Breakfast was very good and varied. The breakfast room was beautiful and looking at the sea. Our room had a little courtyard were we may sunbathe or have dinner. The room was spacious with a little dressing room, the bathroom was gorgeous with a double shower fit for two. Everything was very clean. The swimming pool was very beautiful, with clear water and accessible for anyone.

Not much! The room could use more power plugs and/or USB charging ports. I had to use the bathroom plug and found an extension cord under the bed. It worked but it coul bd better. Run a USB multi port from the extention box.

Hotel personnel was fantastic. Due to airline delays we arrived at 1AM last check in 11AM! The security guard was waiting for us flashlight in hand in the parking lot, checked us in, helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was great. Indoor and outdoor. The room (302) was very large with a corner balcony and views on the Med, harbor, and golf course. The private parking was quite nice as street parking is limited at beat impossible in July August. Plenty of restaurants on tha harbor within 5 minutes walking Everybady spoke very good english

Disappointing room service, called them at around 6pm to ask for the dish of the day, they told to call back in a few hours as they could only help me when they arrived at the location.

The parking is packed and you have to park the car almost on top of another. And they charge for that kind of parking.

When we booked the room we didn't notice they have rooms on the ground floor looking at the parking lot sold as "prestige room". I wish it was articulated so we could book a different type of room.

The flexibility the manager displayed. She sorted out our problem quickly and made an effort to keep us satisfied.

Great location, super staff, excellent air conditioning and beautifully modern bathroom. The restaurant has beautiful views and we enjoyed our lunch and breakfast very much. The breakfast buffet was above average. There is also secure parking which is a great benefit.

Everything was very good - the only disappointment was that we were at the hotel for five days, but we did not have balcony which would have made our trip more pleasurable.

we opted for the no breakfast rate as we usually slept late and went for brunches. The hotel location was great, easy access to bus stops and the train station. Also just 10 steps to the beach with loads of restaurants and takeaway options to choose from. Rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated, plus amazingly friendly staff. would love to stay again in the future.

the hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly. We loves our time spent in Mandelieu and will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit. Cannes is also very close so is easily accessible by bus or train.

Very unique, super quality. We loved our seaside suite and large terrace. We liked the location, being a short drive from the the Cannes strip. A gorgeous golf course next door, along with many other amenities adjacent. the staff were excellent in all respects.

Wonderful location, our room had a nice balcony with view over the port and sea. Very comfortable bed - we got an extra blanket on request. We liked the design and all the artwork in the whole house. Thanks to the very friendly staff. If you like Fine Dining- try to get a table in the restaurant L’Oasis. We enjoyed it very much :-)
