We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThey say you can walk from the airport but the road is busy and there are long stretches without a sidewalk. They also advertise breakfast and a shuttle but both cost extra which I don’t think was made clear.

I liked that the location is right at the airport and they have shuttles from 4am for early flights. The room was small, but the shower was very comfortable size. The breakfast was quite good and available from 4am.

FranceNo clear signage from the terminal on how to get to the hotel. With ongoing works I ended up taking quite a detour with no pedestrian paths before finally finding the correct way. Limited dinner options due to location. A hairdryer in the bathroom would have been appreciated.
A good option if you have an early flight. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room & bathroom were clean. Room size was decent for 1 person.

FranceMy sister phoned the number on the booking to ask if I could be collected at the railway station. She was assured that a car would be there when she arrived at 18.11. There was no car or shuttle at the station and when I tried to call the same phone number I couldn't get through so started to walk. I am 82 years old and walk with a cane so it was not easy! Eventually, I found someone who could call for me but they used a different number and were able to get through so I was able to get to the hotel. You should remove that phone number from your booking form!
The hotel was pleasant, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good.

CanadaWhen we entered the room it was very hot. We were told it's still winter, cold and they don't turn on the AC. We were asked to just open the window for both rooms i booked. Cold air coming in, including mosquitoes, flies, and bugs from outside, we were on the first floor as we requested. We were given a fan for both rooms and the next lady tried to fix the AC in the room but it got more hotter. My husband removed his t-shirt already. Then, they tried to transfer us to the 2nd floor where the AC was ON. Surprisingly, the upper floors had AC ON and it's NOT true that it's OFF because it still winter to them. We only stayed for 10 hrs. and went to the Airport.
Staff were very apologetic except one. The other receptionists (maybe during the night shift) were more understanding and exercise the so-called customer service.

The hotel is withing walking distance of the airport. The airport shuttle doesn't run until 5am, and I needed to walk to the airport for an early morning flight, but it was a nice walk with pleasant weather.
