We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceTwin beds in a fairly small double room means no bedside table, clothes hanging-rack overhanging one bed, only one plug. Shower curtain reminded me of camping holidays or cheap gites. No kettle, so one walks out to Reception to find the two vending machines only take coins, no card payment facility! Not exactly what one expects in the 21st century and certsinly not what Accor should be known for. Good staff - poor facilities.

FranceShower was rather cramped. The main disappointment was the breakfast. Recently we were in Spain and we spent 3 nights at Lleida Ibis Budget hotel. The breakfasts were really good and, if memory serves, cost 4, 50 euros. So in Redon we paid 7 euros each in anticipation and were so disappointed - not a patch on the Spanish one.
Very good location for our onward journey.

FinlandThe price was higher than I was promised..51€ originally was suddenly up to 54€ and the dog 5€ + ( which is ok) and breakfast about 7€.. So all summed up = 71€ ( don't know where the + 7- ish € came from ) THAT is not what I call "budget " ..for a stay 17.00 o 11.00 the next day I expected there would be a coffee machine ( or something to make a cup of tea ) without leaving the room.. It's not quite the same to go to the reception and buy these..0 The staff was very nice though..Thank you.. And I left the room & bathroom cleaner than it was on our arrival..Except for some dog hairs on the floor..
