Downside - the bedside lights were positioned too far from the bed - Seperate tolilet with no washhand basin so when you went to toilet you had to then go across and wash your hands in the bathroom. Lifts very small not suitable if you had a lot of luggage. No atmosphere in the hotel , reception and lobby area very dark and dingy with a funny smell.

We stayed in the room in the attic and while initially I was a bit apprehensive it turned out to be a good choice. Beds were very comfy - roller blinds on outside of window kept all the light out so enhanced our sleep. Very quiet.

Weird door key card to get into hotel and one of the receptionists a bit grumpy ( made up by night colleague and cheerful cleaning staff) it’s fabric is a little unloved but I was happy there anyway

Accessible to both beaches and town walking, sits on top of well maintained public car park. I had a very spacious room with small balcony with little table and chairs - wifi suspect, but told that’s town-wide in bad weather ( we had a storm) really like the run along the beach to the light house and evening stroll both to eat out and buy both posh and basic provisions breakfast also good

A room with no courtains on the window that faces the street ?!? 😒 that was no good at all. I had to use the towels to make window covers on the spot.

The hotel couldn't be located better, only a couple of minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and Les Halles market. Our fifth floor room was comfortable, cosy and clean. The small balcony overlooks the Place Sainte Eugenie and the sea, giving a nice view of the huge waves rolling in. The staff are friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

The accoustic of the rooms were thin (we could hear the neighbours getting busy) and we lacked plugs for our phones! There were usb plugs for chargers but when you have usb C, you have less alternative! Small details overall but worth knowing

Tiny lift so ended up walking up 5 flights of stairs many times a day which is good for me but might be difficult for older clientele. In the flat toilets no facilities to wash your hands, need to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom.

Perfect location, flat within the hotel which is good for a family with young children, 3 balconies with ocean view, friendly staff.

However, this is NOT a 4 star hotel based on the room we had, the shower room totally stank of the drains, to the point where we were retching, the girl at reception although pleasant was useless, the promise of a fix in the morning didn’t happen, all I was given was a can of air freshener…..very very poor customer service

The hotel is at an average standard, it was clean, and the staff was indeed helpful. It is situated in the midst of the town just at a large square with plenty of restaurants and close to the beach. The hotel's price matches the standard - so you get what you pay for. Good value for your money.
