Area is a warehouse area with not much glamor.

Rooms are tidy and large enough for a comfortable stay. 15 minutes from the Airport.

Our room was set at 26C and we couldn't bring down the thermostat, we had to open a window. The front door's glass was broken which didn't give a good first impression.

Breakfast was good and room was clean. The hotel is recent and nice.

It would have been useful to have have a refrigerator in the room.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and newly decorated. Parking was important to us and there was plenty of spaces available at the property.

You cannot call this little room with 2 machine a fitness centre ! No carpets on the floor in rooms, make it less cosy and cold...

The Restaurent was world class ! Reception and breakfast staff also very friendly

Stylish and clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Free parking. The restaurant was closed for the whole weekend but the hotel had already informed us before our arrival. Overall great stay in Gatsby.

Staff do not speak English, difficult to communicate for non french speaking customers. No water bottles in the room. we need to go to lounge and fill it ourselves

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to register the tickets for shutter bus to the stadium, alway available and polite.

The staff was nice and polite but they mixed up things 2 times for only 1 night stay. First they asked me to pay for the room. I had made the reservation a month in advance so I had forgotten I paid for it. When I got to my room I realized that I had now paid 2 times - online and in person at the hotel - of course when I pointed out that this had happened they credited me back the second payment. Then in the morning, when I checked out they wanted to bill me 40€ for dinner - my dinner was a sandwich at the stadium before the game. I refused and then they said Ok 🤨

It felt secure and the location was pretty cool

The AC nite in the wall said put the AC @ 19C. It never blew out cold air and I woke up during my sleep because I was sweating. Also the TV doesn’t over changing the Audio on the remote. That sucked

Issues with the keys on a daily base, lack of pool seats, the air condition didn't work well, the beds are not comfortable, no fridge in the room (though we were allowed to use the staff's fridge).

Nice room, great pool, good location when you have a car, the staff is friendly and helpful, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Due to location, the views from the rooms are rather dull.

Large room good breakfast, nice pool. I love the Gatsby theme .Very friendly staff. In the hotel everything is pretty and neat, with lots to do to keep busy and socialise.

Great place to stay if you’re going to a gig at the Groupama stadium. Rooms are newly renovated. Staff are super nice. Few mins drive from the park and ride to the gig venue. Free parking. Aircon in room is excellent.

secure parking, good atmosphere, nice stylish and modern equiped rooms. restaurant in the hotel is stylish and hosted by proffesioneler staff and the food was great as well. outside courtyard with pool is relaxed. staff is very friendly and helpful. everything was very clean. you see the management knows how to run a hotel. big compliment as I’m using many hotels around Lyon and this one is 9/10 for me. keep up the good job I’ll certainly come back.
