You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt was tired and not as clean as other F1's I'd stayed in on the same trip . F1 Tours Nord for example was same price, but clean and fresh . So don't tell me you get what you pay for. F1 and similar hotels are value for money they need not be dirty and scruffy because they're budget .

United KingdomSadly it was noisey from other guests in the hotel and the entrance lobby was full of people socialising without wearing masks. Having already booked our return visit there, we will be cancelling it. The Halloween decorations in the public areas were fun but when the light above the bed was turned on it highlighted the collection of real cobwebs. That made me inspect the room more thoroughly....I could tell that an unclean cloth had been used on the window frame and surfaces, including bathroom floor. I had to clean all before use. I did not discuss this with the member of staff on duty in the morning. Our combined language skills were not up to the task. Sorry.
The incoming receptionist was delightfully communicative and efficient. The room was well designed and did not waste a centimetre. The bed was very comfortable and there were two small towels arranged on the bed.

United KingdomThe young girl on the reception had a bad attitude. . My room door would not lock, and I had to show her, but she did not understand. Even when showing her the problem, she just walked away. After going back to reception, she gave me a key. I'm a 63 year old English male, and we were using an app to translate. At one point, she said that I wasn't English as I didn't understand her. The room was hot,and there was a lot of noise coming from near by road, and I found lot's of bugs in the room because window was wide open, didn't complain as I knew that it would go on deaf ears. Would I stay there again, not a chance, in he'll.

The first room she gave us had 2 separate beds so my husband went and got it changed. The rooms are so tiny. The sheets were clean but only 2 pillows so you cannot rest against wall. Showers we’re good but corridor was grubby and in need of re decoration. I will not stay there again
