the breakfast is not up to the standard in my opinion, I tried it once and decided not to take it, there is no buffet and I received my order cold and the taste was bad too.

truly exceptional customer service, I have never experienced such a exceptional customer service experience in my whole life. this goes to all of the front desk associates, specifically Sandra and Ali they were amazing.

i found an old dirt spot on my duvet cover this is the only thing that kinda put me off other than that everything is perfect

everything!!! the rooms weren’t actually small. my room was classic and my mother and sister’s room was superior honestly we were concerned about the size of the rooms before we arrive but once we saw our rooms we were satisfied and all our concerns were gone. the location is perfect, we absolutely loved the surrounding area and felt very safe. The fashionable rue saint honoré and rue royale and rue cambon are just 2 minutes walk. the staff is amazing and helpful, the concierge ladies are the sweetest especially sandra she was extremely helpful and the blond lady (i’m sorry i can’t recall her name) too was so sweet and always offering help and the manager is very warm-hearted and welcoming. Jerome and Zachariah are absolute gems. i’ve been to the finest hotels around the world and i gotta say i was never welcomed when i arrive and took leave of the way my family and I were at hotel fauchon. the manager himself monsieur montantème made time to walk us out and wave goodbye that was something, me, my mom and my sister all felt special. We will always come back to fauchon!

it is a boutique hotel so does not have a large area with bar for relaxing in if you don’t wish to be in your room, but you can use the Café.

We have just come from a 4 day stay in this hotel that we booked to celebrate our Golden Wedding. The hotel is in a great position right next to the Madeleine church and very close to the high end shopping streets and the grands magasins. The hotel is not cheap, but you get a wonderful experience. The manager and his staff go out of their way to ensure that you have a good stay and that any questions or concerns that you have can be answered. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a junior suite, with a huge bed, 2 chairs and a table and 2 windows opening onto the street. It was great to be able to stand on the balcony and absorb the ambience, though you soon discover that central Paris is rarely quiet! Fortunately the double glazing of the windows was excellent. Food can be served in the room whenever, and you have the use of the Grand Cafe for food at any time of the day. The breakfasts were fantastic, and very conducive to lingering on the terrace just chilling and absorbing. If you don’t want to eat in, there are innumerable cafés and restaurants within very short distances, and the staff are very helpful in advising. However, if you help yourself to the tempting range of free Fauchon goodies available in the room, you may find that your appetite is a little compromised! All in all this is a lovely hotel to stay in if you wish to treat yourself and we hope to return there before too long. Thoroughly recommend.
