We loved everything.

Beautiful large apartment in the heart of Annecy. Nice to spread out and have some meals at home whilst traveling. Breakfast delivered each morning was great and kept us going until dinner. The views from the apartment are stunning and it was a short stroll to the lake and hundreds of restaurants. Their is also a supermarket on the 1st floor of the department store opposite. It was whisper quiet at night as well.

Air conditioning wasn't very effective, but did at least provide some nice white noise. Fortunately, it was not too hot in Annecy while we were there.

Excellent location in the heart of Annecy. Spacious and quiet unit with nice kitchen and comfortable Murphy bed in the living room. We were pleased to discover a breakfast on the doorstep in the morning with fresh bread, croissants, and jam.

A/C is only located in the kitchen end of the flat. It really was not a problem at all for us but possibly during a heat wave/summer months, others may have a problem because the A/C does not cool the front room too much or at least takes more time. Possibly a fan at the location during the summer could be beneficial.

Breakfast was delivered to our door every morning - including the morning we checked out! It was fresh and delicious. There was absolutely no need to go out for breakfast. We would take was was not consumed, pick up a small saucisson sec and local fromage for our lunch and had a picnic wherever we went, which was usually hiking, biking, kayaking, or swimming at the beach. Beds were comfortable, linens were high quality, and the place had enough storage to settle in if you needed a place for a long term stay. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious if you preferred to dine in. The place was just perfectly located and close to everything. I definitely would highly recommend and will return here if I visit Annecy again.

A bit much cleaning for a guest (getting the bed linen, taking out the trash and cleaning dishes) but that may be on me not reading before booking. It is completely fine but felt a little bit much for the price.

Slight smell coming from the bathroom and toilet which also could be smelt in the kitchen.

It was such an intriguing experience arriving at the apartment - following the narrow corridor from the entrance door up the spiral staircase to the front door. Once entering you are met with the beautiful design and style of the apartment - the artwork and special furniture pieces to the simply beautiful arrangement of the apartment itself. The view onto the street whereby you can see the lake and the people milling about is private and very special. Divine breakfast - delivered to the door was just the right amount for a continental style meal. I really felt i was in a special place.

Not a surprise, but the narrow hallways and single closet made it a little cramped sometimes for three all trying to get ready together!

The power kept on tripping. We could not make coffee, or use the oven or blow dry our hair.

Contrary to the info provided online, there was no parking “on site”. The property was accessible via a damp dungeon-like corridor, then up 3 flights on a dimly lit spiral staircase. There was nobody to help you, and you would have the main door code and the lock box code (sent to you via email) literally on hand. You were asked to call the hosts when you are near the property, presumably to alert them that you are on your way so they can welcome you and all. No such thing. You were directed to a public parking, then left to your own devices. Also the kitchen stank, most likely from backed up sewage pipe, the shower drain was clogged, and so was the wash basin. The bedroom was so small, we were tripping at night to get to the bathroom. The mattress was either too old or was of poor quality that it sagged like sand.

It was tricky to find the apartment the first time. The wifi did not work at all, though it was only a 1-night stay. Kids were scared by some flying insects that seemed to come in from the ceiling. Communication via Booking was challenging since I made the reservation for my family, but did not join them for the stay. A Whatsapp group would have been a better choice, but it seems Booking will censor that word if you try to use it in a message.

Excellent breakfast, indeed quite a bit more than necessary. Great location in the middle of it all. Guests were able to check in early rather than deal with luggage while sightseeing.

To get up (without lift) was problem with heavy luggages so you need to keep in mind to climb 2 floors in old building. Apartment was not so cold so we got A/C also run but other parts was still cold.

Breakfast was nice. Apartment location is very good, you are at the center of old city. Apartment was big, so no complain. Host was very helpful and she offered us locker to put our luggages after we left the appartment.

information for floor and room not clearly ,Air condition not in bedroom only at kitchen, Staff contact all the time because they have a problem about our credit card but only this Apartment agent make problems not us ,we use same card in 12 booking and no place had any problem ,so beware about this problem

located in the city center,not far from parking, good breakfast for takeaway , room for 3-4 persons is ok .
