The staff were fantastic. The best we’ve ever had in all our travels which had been a lot. They were very helpful, so accommodating and extremely nice. We felt so at home. Will definitely go back to this hotel. The location is perfect for us as well. So convenient.

The cosy room was small and the toilet was in the closet and the fan in the toilet did not work. the air conditioning did not work and it was hot at night even though it was early April

The 'Cosy' room I had was very cramped, especially the bathroom 'area'. The WC was in a cupboard on the other side of the room. My colleagues room however, was enormous.

The hotel is lovely, I will definitely return. The reception / bar area is very inviting and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property is rather tiny (elevator, reception area, height of the ceilings). But I would still highly recommend this hotel and will come back!

Such a clean, cozy and beautiful place! Really felt like home. Every detail is thought through. Great collection of fashion books and magazines in the shared space. Extremely nice and friendly service. P.s. loved the body lotion!

Very good position, just few minutes ealk from Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is cozy, very intimate. And the staff very nice. It was our second time and we will definitely come back the next time we visit Paris :)

While some stuff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast team did not want to speak English at all, even asked simple questions like “whats your room number in French?” As this was expected them to ask we assumed and answered but, when you even mention you don’t speak French they still repeat themselves in French. This is a hotel, accept the fact that tourists will be there….
