WiFi connection didn't work well. Small 'bugs' although later found to be quite harmful were a little off putting to find crawling over the door to the small patio area. Bedroom A/C didn't work and the beds cover made it too hot. Sponge pillows not nice. Seating area or quantity of seats inside made breakfast and dinner very very busy, especially breakfast getting to the coffee M/C

Ground floor room with a walk in shower (possibly for disabled guests) Great wardrobe space and hangers. Two chairs in the room and a desk/shelf area with accessible power sockets. TV OK, English spoken by some staff and a large 'secure' car park. Evening meal was very good and the 22 euro bottle of wine was first class. Breakfast selection OK. Fantastic shaving mirror in bathroom and lighting generally v good

restaurant was a bit smaller for the demand that day, so we needed to wait some 20 min. Not but though, having a beer at the bar.

All what you need to stop in the highway, clean, easy going hotel staff, nice view, good shower and excellent restaurant and food, need to book at the restaurant though, si=o you might need to wait a bit, but it is worthy. Big parking and close to the highway.

Everything, perfect distance from the motorway. Food was very good, staff extremely helpful and friendly. The balcony view was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again as a stopover on route to the south of France 🇫🇷

I didn't like that I booked a room with Balcony and was given one without, when I inquired as to why, I was told ahh it was booking.com. It wasn't. It was them trying to pass a lesser room for one with a higher rate.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The balcony was good and the hotel is just outside of the main motorway so it is ideally located for a sleep over stay without having to go in to Clermont.

The fact that we booked in on a Sunday and there was no restaurant facilities and the person on reception could not serve certain drinks.

Booked room with balcony.. Didn't get it... Only 3 rooms in the whole hotel that didn't have balcony! Restaurant manager a little kurt, at 17. 45 offered us a table for 8.30 pm we declined. 1 hour later offered us a table at 7. 30 pm..

The length of time between starter course and main course at dinner. We had booked for 7.30 pm and were served our starters about 15 minutes later. However, at 9:15 pm our main course had still not been served. I enquired of our waiter to see if there was a problem with our food as we had been waiting for a long time whilst people that had come in after us were being served quite quickly. He apologised and offered us a complimentary drink (which we refused). Our food arrived about 15 minutes later by which time we had waited for so long that we were tired and and did not enjoy our meal. Needless to say we did not order a desert or coffee! After a long days travelling, we were very tired and ready for sleep - sitting waiting for food for such a long time was very disappointing.

The location is great for an overnight stay when travelling to or from South of France.

We arrived on the Sunday afternoon after a long drive from Barcelona, only to be told that the restaurant was closed that evening and we would need to travel into the local town to a restaurant that didn't open until later that evening. Following on from the comments above regarding the restaurant, we stayed in this same hotel two years ago and I would have rated it very high. I feel its not all the hotel at fault but booking.com should make you aware when they book that the hotel is running on minimum staff and has no restaurant or food facility available.

The hotel has a great location and is a modern design and clean.

Most of breakfast was in paper bags or closed cartons. Labelled well. Good. But it caused guests to open the bags etc to check contents. Thus items were compromised.
